I called HES about some minor water damage on my wall I thought was linked to the tropical storm. Rommel came out quickly, assessed the situation, and honestly advised me that it was a simple fix I could handle myself (I said I did not want to go through insurance). I really appreciate his integrity, and I know exactly who I'll call if I need help in the future!

Rommel stopped by recently to take a look at some recent water damage caused by the tropical storm. He was thorough, explained everything he was doing, and extremely courteous. He was honest in explaining what needed to really be done and did not try to upsell me on anything that was unnecessary. Definitely recommended for anyone who is concerned about something in their home related to water, fire, biohazard, or other damage!
