Myself and my 8 year daughter both had our ears pierced a couple of months ago. She was initially a bit nervous but was put at ease by the lovely staff. There was a huge choice of earrings to choose from and the option of needle or gun. It’s a nice relaxed atmosphere whilst also being professional. Thank you for a wonderful service x

Great experience.I came with my 13 year old daughter today to have her 1 st ears pierced and for myself too.Lydia went the extra mile to make the experience extra special,very kind,gentle and professional.We will definitely recommend,and who knows...may be come back for more.... Overhaul,very happy customers!!,🙂 Extra positive mark for service.Realised that 3 weeks after having ears pierced,one of the stone of my daughters earing was missing.After sending a message to hill and hill,not only they could replace the lost earring,but could send it to us free of charge,as we live 1 hour away. Travelled from Chester to Altrincham purely to visit Hill & Hill piercing boutique as was so impressed with the customer service, product knowledge, atmosphere & expertise of the staff. I had 2 piercings in the same ear by Bethy. She is amazing! So calm, patient, creative & understanding. She listened to what I wanted made suggestions and I felt confident and reassured in her very capable hands. I had 2 piercings next to each other which may have been quite painful but Bethy was so fast, delicate and talks through the process during the procedure so she was finished really quickly and I felt really calm (also not very painful). The jewellery is incredible, excellent quality and a wide range offered if you want flat backed earrings too. Couldn’t speak more highly of my experience. I’m super happy and it was well worth travelling to if you want a top quality service in a beautiful environment with highly skilled and talented artisans. Thank you 🙏

My sister and I had 7 piercings between us today in the studio. Lydia was amazing, took her time to help us choose jewellery and explain the piercing process. Lydia worked with us to get the best placement, taking into account what type of jewellery we eventually wanted to wear. The process was quick and not as painful as we were expecting. Great selection of jewellery to choose from and really helpful when I messaged her with a few aftercare questions we forgot to ask in the studio! Thank you!!

Hill & Hill provided an amazing service when I asked if they could remodel an assortment of sentimentally valuable pieces of jewellery into a wearable pendant. The process was friendly and informative, Jo was incredibly helpful with design ideas and discussed my budget so that the whole process was seamless. The result is a beautiful family heirloom that I will treasure. Thank you all all Hill & Hill.

Hill & Hill is the best place to go for something special. I love their ideas on what pieces to get and what gifts people might like. They are always spot on. Their antique pieces are one of a kind and very reasonably priced considering how special they are. I also had my piercings done there. I just love the place, the service, the products, everything!

Awesome place to get piercings. I've been here a couple of times now for piercings and always great and knowledgeable service! Bethy in particular is brilliant. Not only is it a great service there but the fact that they don't charge you to come back and get the piercings checked and backs resized for a better fit is amazing.

My fiancée and I had a truly magical experience with Hill & Hill. Couldn’t recommend them enough, especially for LGBTQIA+ customers. When we were choosing my fiancée's ring the staff were lovely and made us feel really comfortable. Milly and Jo were so friendly and kind, it really added to the experience. They also did some repair work on my engagement ring, which is a family heirloom, and did a fantastic job - don’t go anywhere else! Thanks again, Ellen and Emma x

I wanted an inherited diamond ring redesigned and reset, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the result. I was drawn to the business by the website, which talks you through the process and has an example gallery. We set up an appointment to discuss what I wanted, what might suit me and the stones, how sizing and budgeting works, and went through an iterative design process that took about five or six weeks from concept to 3D-computer rendering. It was great to see the idea go from 'eh, this might be nice?' to 'oh wow that looks real' before getting it made. The ring itself is gorgeous and surpasses even my optimistic expectations! Jo and the team at Hill & Hill have been friendly and supportive throughout the process, their communication has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Had a fabulous experience with Hill and Hill. My sister and I wanted to use old, broken gold that belonged to our mum and have it made into 2 pendants. Jo was great she turned our requests into reality and the results were great. Would highly recommend.

BEST JEWELLERS 💍💎💍💎💍 I've been a regular at Hill and Hill for a long time and have always found everyone there so lovely. It's a 5* experience if you're shopping or getting a new piercing in the beautiful studio upstairs. When my partner proposed in January, there was no question that we'd be heading to see Jo and Bethy for my engagement ring. Having seen the one we wanted online, we arranged a meeting. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish with some glasses of fizz along the way. Bethy was so attentive and made our dream ring become reality. Due to the nature of the design, she made sure a resin was made so I could try it on for size but also for shape. This added a few days onto the when we could pick it up but it was worth it to make sure we were happy. When we collected the ring, it was even better than I thought it would be and we can't thank Jo, Bethy and the rest of the Hill and Hill team enough ❤️
