Beautiful!
We had so much fun seeing a different side of the Netherlands when we went to Giethoorn! The town is exactly as it is in the pictures, beautiful! As we were traveling there, and throughout, our guide Stefka told us all about the history of the area and was a pleasure to speak with. The castle we went to after was a definite plus! Highly recommend this tour!

Poor transportation, unless travelling by your own car!!!
beautiful city, but not suitable for people with disabilities! We took a taxi from the train station in Hoorn, to Hoofd Toren. Our group included 2 people with walkers, and 2 without. The youngest was 76. We had asked our taxi driver from Taxi Hoorn, whether he could pick us up once we were done. He said "yes" and we had his phone nr. Due to the rain. we decided after a few hrs to go back to the train station and called Taxi Hoorn and others- they said they could NOT pick us up, and did not give us a time when they could. There are NO buses in the center of town. Our waiter from Restaurant De Waag called several times. NO TAXI. We had to walk back to the train station in semi- rain, several stops (due to the distance and the disabled people in our group) Once we arrived back at the train station there were SEVERAL taxis in front. Several of us were exhausted, including the next day. So if you are not able to walk long distances and you use a walker/wheel chair, do not call for a taxi in Hoorn. For the rest- very pretty town and lots of helpfull people.

Custom Tour
We had a great day with Stefka at Holland Tours and would highly recommend to anyone interested. My family and I spent the day on a custom tour of Gouda and the Dutch countryside. Stefka gave us great insight into the Dutch history and culture as we drove to/from Amsterdam. She was accommodating to our needs, adjusting the schedule as we went through the day. It was exactly the day we were hoping for. When we come back again to Amsterdam, we will be using Holland Tours.

Windmills and Dahlias!
Wies Dan provided a very good tour. Picking us up at the Rotterdam cruise port in a perfect accessible van, she took us to Kinderdijk for the boat tour and then to Kastel Keukenhof in Lisse. A nice lunch and then a casual walk around the grounds to admire the dahlias and other landscaping. There were other stops on the intinerary, but we were exhausted and so she took us back to the ship. Very careful driver, very friendly and knowledgeable. We would certainly engage with Wies again.

Excellent! Outstanding!
Outstanding! We were traveling as a family of 16 persons and had two private tours with Holland private tour company. These tours were customized based on our request of places we wanted to see outside of Amsterdam. Stefka provided excellent service. She made sure that we saw everything that we had requested. Her knowledge of the area and her professionalism is outstanding. I have been blessed to travel to all seven continents and 57 countries. My husband and I have had many tour guides over the years, some better than others. Stefka was outstanding and I do not hesitate to recommend her for any of your Holland tours.

Great visit - they do all the logistics so you can just have fun.
Everything about our experience was seamless and fun. They were great with communication and planning suggestions. Our transportation from the airport to the hotel was timely and friendly. Our tour guide Wien was great! She was very information and attentive to the needs of our family. Would recommend them highly to make your Amsterdam visit as easy as if you were staying with family.

Great tulip trip!
Stefka was amazing! This was our 2nd tour with her and it was great, again! Great visit to a tulip field before the gardens. She’s very knowledgeable, kind and fun! Would highly recommend! Thanks again!

Private tour to Keukenhoff Gardens
Kate picked us up early morning at our hotel in Amsterdam & within minutes the 6 of us hit it off with her. We had a good ride to Keukenhoff Gardens in her van. Firstly she suggested going early to avoid the huge crowds & she was point on. She walked with us throughout the gardens, tiptoeing through the tulips. This was a dream come true visit for me, my siblings & our significant others. Kate was the perfect guide. She was knowledgeable & personable. From the Gardens we drove to a restaurant on a lake where we enjoyed a very tasty lunch & from there we went to an old farm where clogs are made. That was a treat! We also had cheese tastings. Yummy! And we bought souvenirs including cheese. From there we headed back to our hotel in Amsterdam. *****
