This Guy has been great for our 2 Computers plus 2 i Pads.
Prompt to reply to a call for help ( either by phone or a weekend email or text.)
His use of " Team Viewer " saves time & money if the problem is fixable this way or a House call is no trouble.
We have referred him to plenty of friends & all are very appreciative of a " Techie Lifeline "... Give him a go, we have had a few bad experiences before we were referred to Howard.

We need more Howards in the world!!! I was quoted a $230 call out fee + $40 per 30 mins to fix my laptop by another company. I gave Howard a call to see what he would charge, and he guided me over the phone to fix it within 3 minutes!! It was so easy. Howard was incredibly friendly, gave clear instruction and was genuinely happy to help. Thank you Howard, for just being a good (and very intelligent) human!!

Howard sorted out a PC I had and suggested some improvements which turned it into a great PC. He set up a bunch of software as well and also provided me with new screens and accessories. His workmanship was excellent and he explained everything very clearly. I would highly recommend him to provide top notch service and advice.

I have seen Howard for pc upgrades. I already had a cpu and motherboard and he was more than happy to use my parts and helped alot with informed recommendations for current and future upgrades!

Could not give high enough recommendations for Howard, I built my wife a system yesterday and i had an issue, contacted Howard this morning being a Sunday thought may have to wait he said bring it down and he would have a look, seems the Motherboard was stuffed he sold me a replacement, tested and installed it all while i waited all for a good price. Will defiantly use him in the future for any PC issues

Absolute ledgend of a bloke took him about 10 minuets time to help me figure out why my USB port wasn't connecting my mouse! Gave very simple easy to understand instructions.
Will defiantly be using his services if I have any bigger problems with my computer.
