This review for anyone interested in to open a business in health field, in my case Home Health Care Agency. I worked in Home Care business about 18 years as a Therapist and accumulated with tons of knowledge but when I decide to open my own company due to CMS complicated process and perfection to do minimal mistake or none, I looked for the best one in Consultation field in USA. End of the process of getting my CHAP survey, I figured it out that I made a right choice to work with 21 st Century Health Care Consultants. Everything was on time and smooth. We passed the CHAP survey in first attempt. We are now CHAP Accredited. I have special thanks to Joanne and Nancy for their friendly advice and help. They were always there for me. I am very happy and amazed that how chosen a great company like 21 st Century make this difficult process easier and shortest possible time. That is why I gave them 5 stars. My thanks to 21 st Century about all the help they done for me. You should not hesitate to talk to them if you are into opening Health Care Business. Have a great day. AG

We have been Accredited!!! I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation the wonderful 21st Century Consultant staff for all their help and guidance. I particularly want to thank my licensing specialist, Ms. Kim Conkle, Ms. Chassidy Rogers, my one-of-a-kind Clinical Instructor that helped us get our CHAP accreditation, and Ms. Pamela Gunter, the awesome sales personnel who's always accessible to speak with whenever I need clarification or have any questions. All these women were patient, knowledgeable, easily accessible, they mentored me, and guided me throughout this whole process and made me feel comfortable and confident., constantly reassuring me that everything will end up fine. I don't appreciate the behavior this company has given me. I have paid this company from NOV 2024. They have taken their own sweet time to submit my paperwork to the state. I have been dealing with Lisa Butterick for months now & her manager Kim in the last few weeks. Lisa has submitted my vendor application in June to GT Independence, due to the manager of my company finding out there was a switch and new procedure from Allied to GT Independence. She was not aware of the switch and as a consulting company they should be aware of any changes and procedures that has taken place. Upon submitting the application GT Independence has 2 parts to the application. We found out that only one part of our application went into GT Independence for $5,000 that was charged. We requested that the second part of the application be submitted promptly due to the State of Connecticut and their strict timely process. We have made several phone calls to Lisa and Kim, left several voicemails as well. Just this past week Kim has finally answered the phone, and said that our application is in the que to get done and that she is doing us a favor by waiving the extra fee of $5,000.00, but it is not a priority to be completed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from this company. In all honesty, I do not think they want to get the paperwork done because they are waiving the fee, I should not be getting charged for in the first place because it is a two part application. other than speaking with Kim, no form of communication has happened in regards to my request and when the application will be done and submitted to GT Indpendence and continue on with the process. I will not refer them to anyone in the future and I will contact my attorney to get this matter resolved. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: No I will not be calling! Nothing that I have stated is false, You will be hearing from the lawyers, because I have called several times and lastly to get a response from Kim, saying " your application is in the que but is not a priority" is ridiculous. She hasn't gave me a timeline of when, which I am deserved. Just an open ended response, which i took very rude. This company is not keeping up with each states changes. The manager for my company, is the one who went digging to find answers and provided Lisa with information for the application for GT Independence. If she didn't proceed to do so, I wouldn't even reach this far, because the excuse is we are not a priority. THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE ENTIRE PROCESS of the application because while submitting my application, which Lisa did not know it switch from Allied to GT Independence, GT Independence implemented a second application for PCA Services. The application YOU submitted was to be a vendor of GT Independence to get placed into their system. That has nothing to do with actually applying for PCA Services. Yes you gave me that option to be waived an additional $5000.00, however to be told that it i'snt a priority and i'm being placed on a waiting list until God knows when is absurd. I am very disappointed with the way this been handled. This has been ongoing from Nov 2023. As far as my delays with sending information, there was also delays because Mahera left your company and you've placed me with another specialist who didn't have a clue and paperwork had to be resubmit everything all over again. So please enlighten me on what exactly you are boasting about, getting someone approved. All you got me approved for is to be a vendor under GT Independence, NOT to offer PCA Services for the state.

Ms. McLean, we’re very disappointed to hear your feedback, especially since we have gone above and beyond for you. We completed the work you contracted us for and got you approved. Many of the delays were caused by you not responding in a timely manner to information requests we needed from you. You did not understand the process and assume we should be doing so much more for you beyond the extent of our contract. In an effort to satisfy you, which we had no obligation to do since we fulfilled your contract, we offered to provide you with additional services at no charge to you. You seemed satisfied with that but when we would not give you first priority and put you ahead of all our other clients, you became disgruntled and are choosing to leave us bad reviews in an effort to pressure us into doing so. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE if you are starting a hospice. I would give them a zero if possible. Great sales rep poor quality! Over the time working with them I’ve had 3 or 4 clinical reps. The first one was great the last few not so much. There is almost zero communication from them. The first rep that I had answered her phone called to check in and was a wealth of help and knowledge. I don’t even have the number of my current rep, only an email and she doesn’t include her contact info in the closing of her emails. She hasn’t been a big help at all. They make it seem like they will do everything they can to help then when you have specific questions they just leave you with vague answers and no results. It’s been a disaster from the beginning of even filing the initial paperwork to get this get started. They haven’t listened and have been minimal help. I could have done all of the stuff they “have helped with” by myself.

Mr. Todd, I’m sorry to hear about your perception of the service you have received from us. Reviewing your file, we can see you have finished roughly 85% or the services but worth noting is that your company has been a cause of many delays. Those delays range from your not acquiring the patients you need to reach survey, your staff leaving your company and you wanting us to start over again to train new staff. Compounded by your staff leaving has been the change in phone numbers and contact information to reach your organization. We work hard to deliver well on our services and want to do the same for you. Potential customers, beware: this company may take your money without fulfilling their promises or verifying your eligibility for their services. This company defrauded me out of $5,500. During the initial consultation, they falsely claimed that only a homecare agency was needed to be credentialed for the Medicaid waiver program. After payment, they misled me further by sending a checklist irrelevant to my business. When I raised concerns with Lisa Butterick, she promised a revised checklist, which only highlighted more deficiencies and confirmed my agency did not qualify for the Medicaid waiver program, despite already having taken my money. After I requested a refund, they stopped all communication, ceased returning calls, and blocked me from contacting them. They clearly had no intention of helping me get approved through IDOA or submitting an application on my agencies behalf and only sought to exploit my money. I have received no response from Megan Steel or Thomas Rose regarding my refund request.

21stCentury has no time for their Clients anymore. They are struggling for resources to support their existing clients. It wasn’t like that before. I will suggest to stay away for hiring them as healthcare consultants atleast for 1-2 year

Don’t do it!!! This is not the same company I started with years ago. New management is all over the place poor communication poor follow through lack of knowledge, but they swindle you out of your money is best to just go with the state that you’re in and ask consultant agencies in your state they are a lot cheaper.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. For a year they have not credentialed my medicade request. I paid $5000. The person who was working on my case left the company, and they didn't even have the decency to even notify me. I am still waiting up till this day to have my file process. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Upon further review, The information needed on the 1st application was not supplied to us in a timely manner, resulting in an error with the application. As of yesterday, we have successfully resubmitted the Allied online application with the necessary information you have supplied to us recently. As we advised, please check your agency email address everyday for any communications regarding next steps. Our team will also be monitoring the progress of this application.

My sister and I attended the Personal & Companion Care Boot Camp in Feb 2024. It was amazing. Yes - there are a lot of vendors speaking, but they discuss relevant issues in the industry and do not push for you to purchase their product or services. Rude, terrible service from 21 century. QI needed to buy some policies for my waiver application but they said they would sent me a quote and failed. They are very ignored , and I received bad customer services . I needed to buy the policies , and she gave me the price but seemed less interested . She was to sent me the email and it's been 3! Days but nothing. I don't recommended them , in the waiver department very rude !! Unbelievable !!!

I paid so much money into 21st Century and they only sweet talk you, charm you all to show no results. I would not recommend and I am still not licensed in Florida. My cousin also is having the same issues and trust me they know exactly who I am and I do not wish to proceed any further. My attorney is already looking into this now. I suggest anyone having the same concern to consult with an attorney also as they need to be exposed.

I AM BEYOND FURIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT AND I HAVE BEEN LICENSING WITH THEM FOR AWHILE NOW. THEY DO PROVIDE TRAINING HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT ASSIST WITH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE YOU FOR. FOR ALMOST $30K-50K YOU CAN FIND THE EXACT SAME CONSULTING COMPANY FOR LESS THAN 10K!!! I HAVE DONE RESEARCH AND HAVE CONSULTED WITH FAR MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE CONSULTANTS. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE JUST TO GET THE MONEY AND THEN WILL TAKE TIME FOR EVERYTHING ELSE. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER UTILIZE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I SUGGEST YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH! THEY WILL TELL YOU, YOU NEED THE ABSOLUTE MOST TO GET A LICENSE BUT WHEN YOU DO IT YOURSELF YOU CAN DO THE SAME WITH LESS THAN WHAT THEY REQUIRE.
