Home Makeover recently replaced the staircase off my deck. They did a fantastic job! The team had great communication and great quality of work. From sales to installation the entire process was smooth and professional. A great price and a great result!

This was definitely a 5-star experience. Following his initial visit and our receipt of his proposal, Jeff promptly answered all my questions about the proposal, updating it multiple times to add specific details and changes as I requested them. The price was better than the other estimates I received, as was Jeff’s professionalism during this interaction. Shortly after I accepted the proposal and paid the initial deposit, Luis (Production Coordinator) and Ryan (Project Manager) both reached out to me to let me know materials were on order and that they were “on the case” as far as planning for my project start date. Once the work started, Ryan was either on site or in touch as things progressed. Luis, Carlos, and one other gentleman who was there one of the 3 work days did a beautiful job on my trims and soffits, and they also did a paint touch up high up on my cedar shake siding that I requested (“off-the-record”). They are very hard-working, efficient, and expert craftsmen. There was a separate gutter installation crew whose arrival perfectly dovetailed with the completion of the aluminum work. They were very accommodative of my specific requests about the placement of the drainage lines close to a pool filter and landscaping areas near the house. Everything was done and cleaned up before dark on day 3, just a few hours ahead of a rain storm. I would not hesitate to hire these guys again!

Jeff, Ryan, Luis, and their crew were fabulous to work with from the initial phone call asking for an estimate to the final day they collected left over materials. Very professional and very detail oriented. The crew worked quickly and clearly knew what they were doing. Six days from start to finish! The deck turned out beautifully with some nice touches added on. Honestly, they were not the lowest bid we got for the project, but they were worth every extra penny. No headaches, no mess, no confusion - easy peasy!. They will be our first call for our next project!

Extremely satisfied with our new siding. The process from start to end was very professional. Installation team was very thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. Jeff Nero was great to work with. Very responsive to every message and question. He was able to come out and provide pricing for roof and gutter replacement quickly. Work was scheduled to be completed within a week. Roof was completed in a day. Gutters and clean up the following morning. Jeff and his whole team were very professional. They were referred by a friend, and we will absolutely refer them to others.

I hired Jeff and his team to fix gutter mistakes made by a previous contractor after Hurricane Sandy. The entire team handled my project with immense professionalism and the installation crew completed the work quickly and neatly. I would definitely use Home Makeover again for any future needs!
