During the home inspection, he arrived on time and explained to me every little things in details. His report is very organized and detailed. Tommy did our home inspection. He was early and got straight to work. He briefly explained what was going to happen and if we had any questions along the way don't be afraid to ask. He was very thorough with the inspection. He patiently reviewed the pictures with us to ensure we understood. At the end he went over everything clearly and answered any questions we had. The report was very user friendly and easy to understand. I highly recommend using Home Spector Inc. for any home inspections in the future.
