He did not overcharge me . Did not try to oversell anything and first tried to repair everything.

Travis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional repairing my garage. His prices are very reasonable and fair. He reconnected my door and was able to fix it so it stayed closed when it was supposed to. He also showed how to maintain the door with the correct oil. I would definitely call his company if I have any garage problems in the future.

Hometown Garages of Bastrop is AWESOME! I needed to get to the funeral home to make arrangements when my garage door stuck. I called for an appointment explaining my emergency & Travis came within an hour and a half. He was friendly, knowledgeable, & more importantly fixed the problem quickly. This is BEST service of any kind that I have ever received in my life!!!! Travis turned a horrible day into a joy - knowing people still care about helping others. ( He even fixed the part of my car that unlatched the back visor - saving me more money. Thank you, Travis!

I am glad I found Hometown Garages, what a seamless experience from working with Dominique on the selection and Travis on the installation. I sent a picture to Dominique of what I was kinda wanting and she could not have picked out a better match for my house. Travis and team were very professional and did an excellent job making sure the installation was complete. Previously thought I only had Home Depot or Lowe’s as a choice and then found Hometown Garages and the price difference was amazing! Thank you for completing my curb (in my case country) appeal for my house :)

Travis came out to help me secure my garage since the previous lock was not working. He was quick, efficient and honest, even recommended against something I didn't need. (I've been dealing with a few contractors lately and they very commonly try to use tactics to scare me or upsell their services) Travis from Hometown garages is nothing like that! Highly recommend! I will use this company for a future service as well :)

I've had Hometown Garages to my house two times. When I moved in, Travis told me my door was failing. He helped it last a little longer. A year later when the door failed, I had it replaced. Both times I had good communication and good service. He cares that it is done well.
