accidentally "missed an appointment" that they sent no emails or texts for. they didn't call or leave a voicemail telling me the appointment was being missed. they then charged me $150 and refuse to give me any sort of refund. completely ridiculous considering last time i was there i stood at the windows knocking for about 15 minutes until someone finally came over, asked me my name, i told her i had an appointment with trina and she looked at me funny and asked "are you sure?" and then told me she would go ask her if she could see me. so i guess it's okay when they are unaware of the appointment and make me wait. finding a new place asap

katherine is always really understanding and really listens to my thoughts, feelings, and concerns, and takes them into consideration when coming up with plans for my care/medications. she's very patient and really works with me to find something that's best for me and my situation, and her calm and warm manner always really puts me at ease <3
