I recently used Horizon Pest Control for a small wasp issue, but things have worsened after two treatments. Initially, I had only 1-2 wasps occasionally coming inside, but after the first treatment, 10-15 made their way into the house. I called them back for a second treatment after a week, and the following day, I found around 50-60 wasps in one room—some dead, some crawling, and others flying. It was a significant escalation from my original problem. Even after the two treatments, wasps outside are still active, and I’ve been advised to wait another two weeks to see if the issue resolves. While I understand that pest control can take time, I’m disappointed that the situation has gotten worse instead of better. I was expecting a more effective and prompt solution.

This is the second time we had to have Andrew come out to remove bees. Not only does he do an exceptional job, he also takes the time to explain what I should look for, and is good at easing my mind about the bees. I’m so happy to have found him!

Finally had enough and canceled our contract. We’ve had missed quarterly appointments, required us to notice, call and chase them down. The last straw was when we contracted a 90 day service and they ended the service 30 days early. We were never enamored with Horizon but went with them because a friend worked there. Check your local town pages for better options.

The worst experience!! My explanation is too long and complicated to post here. Long story short, it was like pulling teeth to get them to perform the service for my bedbugs In my apartment, $500 and three treatments later they are still in here and I am still covered and bites. When I called them up they tried telling me the bed bugs were gone as if they were the ones living in here just because the technician said that he didn't "see" any. I decided to write this review now because I just caught one 5 minutes ago! I have saved the specimen. Horrible service I hope they are enjoying my $500. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they somehow managed to be polite throughout the ordeal

There have been multiple times when I was walking, and the Horizon technician did not stop spraying pesticides as I passed by. It would be great to go for a walk without being exposed to pesticides. Please be more considerate of your surroundings.

Timer is very knowledgeable about all the common issues we often face at home and gave me a lot of helpful advice. Very reliable and responsible tech whom I can trust.

I have nothing but positive feedback since Horizon Pest Control have treated our home and yard over 18 months..I understand nothing is a 100%, but honestly situations calmed down a great deal in and around our home.I will truly recommend their services.
