Horvath did a very good job of repairing the flashing on our firewalls. No leaks on the first big rain. Job was done as quoted on time.

I was in need of a new roof and chose to use Horvath Roofing. The job was done professionally and was completed in a timely manner. The roof looks goods & I am satisfied with the service of this company. I would recommend Horvath Roofing to others.

had a storm and shingles blew off roof. I called Horvath Roofing. they had someone look and got a estimate. I said ok and they had a worker come promptly and fixed my shingles on roof. thank you very much!

I believe the crew who put the new roof on our property did a conscientious job. They worked hard for 11 hours with only one short break. However, I take issue with the way the contract was estimated. The representative who came to our house on June 17 inspected the attic space where the underlying wood decking was clearly visible. Photos attached. On the day of installation another representative cam to the house with a waiver for me to sign which voided the warranty because the underlying wood was not "up to code". Since the crew was already on the roof tearing off the old shingles, I felt pressured to sign. I suggest to you that the time to amend a contract is not after the work has already started. This seems like a bait and switch tactic because the job as quoted included a warranty and I feel that a job without a warranty should be worth less than the fully warranted roof I contracted for. E. Employees completed the roof in one day. Looked nice. The company's communication is poor with the homeowner. I was unable to make contact with the original sales personnel regarding questions that needed addressed regarding the roof. Management was contacted and appeared to become upset an instructed me to tell the employees on site but none of the employees spoke English. Employees had to return to make Corrections which they did.. Some of the corrections could have been avoided, had they contacted me up on my initial request. I was initially informed of soft spots on the roof that would possibly need new sheeting. No new sheeting had been applied and I was not informed of the results of the soft spots in reference to the roof. It is unknown what action had been taken if any up to this date. The company definitely needs a supervisor on site that knows how to speak English. If the aforementioned Corrections would be made, in my opinion it would be a five-star rating. 07-26-24

The reason for the low score is only because the owner, John, was extremely rude and was cussing at me on the phone when I questioned why my Mom had an additional $5000 added to her original estimate then hung up on me. The crew did a great job and cleaned up nicely and Doug, Scott, and Angie were very nice and professional. Will not recommend or use them again only because of John being so rude and unprofessional.

6 skilled tradesman arrived early in the morning and completed my entire roof replacement all in one day, including clean-up of my property. VERY WELL DONE!!

John Horvath was at our home the day after I called him. The women in the office were personable and helpful. Our roof repair was completed within a week of the recent severe storms/tornados that struck Sandusky and surrounding area. I anticipate asking John to give us an estimate on a total roof replacement, awaiting documents from the insurance claims specialist. Dan Powell UPDATE: I did, in fact, ask John to give us an estimate on our total roof replacement due to the 2023 summer storm damage. John, our insurance specialist, and I were able to communicate effectively throughout the project and we are very satisfied with the work the Horvath team did for us. We had our 100 year old Lakehouse and two-car garage totally re-decked and re-roofed so as to meet the current codes/standards. We also received from Horvath an 'up to $500' Family and Friends Gift Card and I plan to speak with several of our neighbors who might be looking to have work done on their roofs. I am thankful to have this project completed and thankful we contracted with Horvath Roofing, Inc. to do it. Dan

Horvath Roofing did an excellent and professional job for us. Justin, our point of contact/sales person, advised us during the whole process of what to expect and had excellent recommendations. Travis who did the inspection of the finished job was thorough and corrected any issues that he found. This is the second time we have used Horvath Roofing and we will not hesitate to use them again. The ten men that worked on our roof were efficient and thorough. They worked fast and did a beautiful job.

Horvath did an excellent job reroofing our home. They placed tarps to protect the surroundings during the tear off stage and completed the entire job in 7 hours. Their attention to detail was impressive, as they painted the plumbing vents and hot water heater vent to match the roof. I highly recommend Horvath for all your roofing needs.
