Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel BÛYÛK HAMIT C'EST MA DEUXIÈME VOIYAJE L'HÔTEL EST INDISCUTABLE LA RESIPTION LES JEAN D'UNE JENTIESSE INNOBLIABLE PETITE DÉJEUNER INCONTESTABLE À VOLONTÉ UN RÉGALE POUR COMMENCER LA JOURNÉE PAROLE DE LA COUSCOUSSIERE CHEZ MAHMOUD LA NUIT A LYON ET JE RENTRE DEMAIN INCHALLAH

Donc, je mets une etoile pour le service juste a cause de Murtaza bey qui est le seul du staff qui était agréable sinon on a réservé une chambre à 4 deluxe family room dans notre pays , dés notre arrivé la chambre n'était pas prête on nous dépanne avec 2 chambres double dont la climatisation n'était pas fonctionnelle , nous donnant des excuses pour ne pas la réparer , le 2eme jour on nous donne une chambre triple avec 1 lits de plus nous disant que c'est une chambre à 4 , on nous a piègé pour payer en plus pour avoir une chambre plus grande (potable) , on s'est retrouvé obligé de rester dans la chambre étroite et faire avec le reste du séjour ,dieu merci qu on sortait toute la journée ..et on revenais tard le soir ...

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel ne peut pas être le meilleur! C'est vrai que le personnel était très souriant et hospitalier mais les chambres catastrophiques! Le petit déjeuner n'arrive pas à la moyenne! Pas de variété ni qualité ni quantité, le hammam sur les photos n'existe pas! Rien ne ressemble aux photos d'ailleurs! Je vous laisse qlq photos de la chambre! Ça sentait l'humidité! Comme je souffre d'allergie j'ai dû faire un tour en pharmacie à cause de ça! Chose qui ne m'est jamais arrivé à Istanbul vu que ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cette ville! Sans oublier les enfants qui couraient dans les couloirs après minuit !

The hotel is good and clean in the city center. The breakfast is good and the staff are cooperative and nice, especially Irfan, zafer and Fawzia. But , the internet is very weak.
