Did not expect such a good hotel in Biratnagar. Plus points are availability of vegetarian food which was perfect for me, clean, tidy rooms, good AC, good WiFi, clean towels and coffee maker. Negative points are costly food, expensive rooms. The staff and room service are good. Overall a highly recommended hotel in every way.
