This is going to sound too good to be true. What renovation goes entirely according to plan? Well, ours did. We had unexpected hic-ups, of course - our house was built in 1980ish, and our kitchen was in dire need of a refresh, so we approached the project anticipating a few surprises. Luckily, the surprises weren't major, and this team handled every challenge, every question, and every detail with a professional, intentional, and swift response that exceeded our expectations at every turn. From design to delivery, they treated our project like they were working to bring their own hopes and dreams to fruition. I am so grateful for their guidance, creativity, open communication, hard work, and dedication to excellence. What a truly beautiful and functional space you created working within our budget and our existing footprint - not an easy task! I had a large remodel done, complete kitchen and bath along with hardwood floors in other rooms. Morgan, my main contact was great with his communication and kept me in touch with who would be showing up each day and guiding me through the process. The whole crew there are very good at what they do, Tommy, Aaron, Jeremy and a couple others all care about your home, the end result, and strive to make you happy. I will definitely use them again for my next project. Very pleased with the outcome. Much thanks!

Housing Solutions completed a wonderful remodel of our main bathroom. Heather was an amazing designer and helped me select beautiful materials and fixtures. Morgan and Tommy were great with the day to day work and keeping me informed about the the renovation process. All of the professionals kept the area as clean as possible during the construction. They are a great team to work with.

Overall, we had a positive experience with this company. We did a complete kitchen remodel and had a set budget. The designer worked with us to achieve our functional, aesthetic, and budgetary goals. Tommy, Aaron, and Morgan did very good work and brought everything together. The team was very accommodating and courteous to my family at all times. Occasionaly, there were some communication issues regarding plans and logistics but in the end it came together. We would trust them to work on our house again.

Our new bathroom is beautiful! Heather helped us with the layout and the product choices. Morgan and Tommy were at the house almost every day until the work was done and each day they cleaned up before they left. Morgan made sure we knew the schedule for painters, electricians and plumbers. It was a great experience and we plan on using them again.

Housing Solutions did a wonderful job. We had a load bearing wall to remove & a crawl space to improve. Sean & Davey were professional as I worked from home and were always receptive to my questions about status. Steve kept me up to date and even ensured most of the interior work was done in time for the holidays! I couldn't recommend Housing Solutions more.

We loved our experience with Housing Solutions! Ryan is a professional with high standards and worked seamlessly with multiple trades to get the job done. Morgan was an outstanding project manager with excellent communication skills, beautiful mastery of carpentry, and did above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Morgan let us know if there were any delays on the horizon and kept in constant contact to work with our schedules. Tommy was an experienced professional and treated our family and our property like his own. Jeremy was one of the jolliest people I've ever met - he wore a smile that never seemed to fade and loved to work on flooring. Andy was an amazing tile expert with attention to detail. Don worked hard to replumb the entire home singlehandedly! Heather was the heart of this operation providing a keen eye and guiding us through selections of materials, fixtures, paints, and provided support and guidance every step of the way. Heather worked tirelessly to go to multiple manufacturers to blend our styles in an artistic and professional way! Flacco was such a professional painter with a steady hand! Everyone worked together as a professional team to make our house safe and beautiful! We are grateful to have our home replumbed, the walls closed back up and painted, and the entire master bathroom a safe and luxurious retreat! We will be customers for life! We used housing solutions to put a covered front porch addition on our house and we would 100% use them again. They were thorough, responsive, and helpful. The workers they had at our house were super friendly and thoughtful, especially John and David, two of the main carpenters. Our neighbors talked to us about how great they were after literally the first week. They picked things up from one day to the next so our kid wouldn't get into it, watched out for our geriatric dog, and generally did a lot of things they didn't necessarily have to do that made the process easier for us. They took pride in their work and seemed happy to take the time each day we saw them to tell us where they were and what was next. The project manager (Steve) helped us work through decisions and came out to our house several times to "catch things" we had questions about and missed as things took shape. They (& Ryan) worked with us on the budget and things felt like they moved along once we were able to get started -- no lag -- even though we uncovered an enormous boulder that required another visit from the landscaper/drainage guy. We did a lot of projects ourselves at our old house and it was nice having someone who cared as much as we would have, but without having to do anything or feel like we had to micromanage. They got it.

Housing Solutions did an excellent job on my screened in porch. Steve came out and gave me a fair estimate and helped me plan a design within my budget. Ultimately, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the team that did the job. A huge thank you to all who worked on my project but especially Sean, David, and Jeremy. They all worked hard, took pride in their work, and went above and beyond to make me feel like I got a quality build. I definitely recommend Housing Solutions and would use them again in the future!

Housing Solutions helped us deliver our dreams to a reality! We used them to remodel our 1/2 bath, mudroom/entryway and laundry room/pantry. They delivered the project as expected and addressed and fixed our concerns along the way. The carpentry team at Housing Solutions are skilled craftsman. I am very happy with the work that Sean and Dave did on my patio and garage. They built a new patio structure with metal roof and installed new siding, trim, windows, door, and stairs on my detached garage and it all looks great. Steve was very responsive with any questions I had and worked with me to ensure the details were right. Carlar was quick to follow up with quotes and contracts and keep things moving forward. Ryan has a great team at Housing Solutions and the work they all did was much appreciated.

We worked with Ryan and Housing Solutions to remodel our master bathroom and were very pleased with all aspects of the process. Ryan and his team communicated well, were on time and courteous. They work they did was of the highest quality and we are thrilled with the final results. Ryan's quote was also reasonable and he was able to come in lower than some other competitors. I'd hire them again for any other renovation projects we have in the future.

We have had a lot of work done on our house in the past year and a half through various vendors and Housing Solutions is one of the best we've worked with. Ryan was very responsive to my husband's emails. Jeremy and Ben did a fantastic job installing the flooring, answering all of our questions along the way, and they left a clean workspace at the end of the day. We uncovered additional needs along this project and Ryan worked with us quickly to get it resolved - including a plumber and electrician. They also chipped in and moved heavy furniture so I didn't risk reinjuring my back. The guys were on time every day and really pleasant to have around. We are really pleased with their work and highly recommend their business.
