I had a very disappointing experience with Houzon Real Estate, especially with agent Moazam Cheema. The communication was extremely poor and often felt rude. They were unable to resolve even simple issues and kept delaying everything without providing clear answers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Later, Miss Agnes took over and guided us through the final steps ,she made sure everything went smoothly until the end of the contract, helped us close all our bills, and even assisted with an issue I had with Du. Honestly, if it wasn’t for her support, I don’t know how I would have managed. Highly recommended!
