Dan and his team are fabulous. As a new home buyer I had so many questions and needed some hand holding through the process. Daniel and his team (Misha, Katy, & Lavonne) are fantastic! Daniel was able to meet with us on short notice to discuss mortgage options and clearly laid everything out. Once the home offer was in, his team was on top of everything. They were completely transparent and provided frequent updates, even outside of the weekly updates that they promised. Additionally, they answered all of our questions and really made sure we understood every step of the process. I would, without a doubt, work with this team again!

Dan and his team were amazing. He met with my partner and I on the weekend to break down all the numbers and help us really understand what we could afford. He helped us understand points and rate buydowns and how everything affected the monthly and total loan costs. On top of all the the communication has been great, they've given us updates through the entire process and have been available to answer questions nearly immediately. I will definitely be coming back for any refinancing or buying I do in the future.
