Made a quick and easy phone call to Grant to come down to my shop and blast the pipes due to them being clogged. He got there as soon as he could faced the problem told me it was much bigger than anticipated 😂, took a while for him to get around and smashed it out but overall got the job done. Communication was spot on and unlike a lot of other plumbers did not upcharge a dollar stuck to the original quote despite myself offering to compensate for his time due to it taking longer. Absolute legend appreciated a lot :)

while the boys were undertaking work my water heater also failed and i just happened to mentioned to luke about it, HQ also have a plumbing division and aircon devision so he arranged a new water heater also.
