Bad experience, some guys are unprofessional , need to improve before starting provide any service. Secondary would not go there

Booked in Fresha and arrived with my child for a haircut. Met the men at the door who was smoking and talking to me that it is double booking and his system was not working. Was really rude. Just kept smoking and talking to another person whilst me and my child were standing. Never faced such a rude behavior from barber. Asked for a manager and he just replied that he is the manager. We came on Sunday 08/09 at 7:40 PM. There was no respect or even polite communication.

Peace be upon you. I am the barber who was there that day. For the first time, I did not smoke. You asked me. I answered you with all respect. I had a client with me. I told you, after 30 minutes, to go back to what you told me. I was nervous. I told you, my friend is on vacation and I am alone. After a while, come back. With all respect and regret. If you misunderstood me, thank you.
