G&F Customs did an amazing job on our project. From initial contact to the final product, the process was super simple. Francesco was always easy to reach and we were provided timely updates. They really took the time to ensure they got all our requirements. They went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Working G&F customs ( Francesco) could not have been easier and any better. They replaced a door for us. The service was excellent, quick and very responsive. In June of 2023 I was completing an architectural research project and permanent installation at the Fields Research Institute at the University of Toronto. The installation itself required the assistance of carpenters who could not only handle unique requests, but also execute these requests with extreme precision, quality, and aesthetics. G&F Customs was selected based off their portfolio and professionalism, and then proceeded to exceed expectations with a quality backing and border for the installation. Both Francesco and Giovanni were a pleasure to work with and gave much needed advice which allowed the project to come to complete fruition. They were also extremely flexible as the projects install date was moved a few times due to varying circumstances. If this were not enough, as a philanthropic gesture of support for the project and research, G&F Customs gave a generation donation towards the wall, both in labor and cost. I, therefore, had no hesitation in providing this 5-Star review, and recommend G&F Customs to any who are looking for precise, professional, and quality carpentry work. Highest marks!

The team at G&F did a fantastic job on a remote installation for us. There communications were timely and accurate, they followed through professionally with their commitments, and there finish work was top notch!

I had Giovanni and Francesco do a project for me in my company, Such a great experience working with them Very committed, very accurate and even doing the extra mile and clean after they finish their work! My only comment would be that they start working a bit late but when I mentioned that to them, the second day they showed up early ! Excellent communication and very polite guys ! Highly recommend them.

G&F made a very special wedding present for my sister ❤ a sign for the house with her new last name. They took my idea and created something even more unique. They are very professional and I most definitely will be contacting them again for future work !

I had a design for a white oak stair case screen that proved almost impossible to build until I met G & F. The carefully reviewed the drawings, consulted with. my architect and quoted a price that was reasonable given the custom nature of the project. They sourced the most beautiful white oak, (the lumber supplier actually showed up on installation day to see the application of his lumber) they came on site multiple times to confirm measurements and they kept in touch weekly while we waited for the lumber to be delivered. Both Giovanni and Francesco have such a keen design sense combined with a really comprehensive understanding of the the mechanics of installation and construction. On the day of installation they worked methodically and tirelessly to install exactly what I had envisioned. Every line was plumb, every angle true, they took what ever amount of time necessary to deliver a truly outstanding product. They achieved with confidence and steadfastness what so many others before them had said could not be done. If you have a custom woodworking project that requires an "outside of the box" approach G & F Customs is the company to contact. Five Stars!

I was looking for help in fixing a wooden bed frame with a manufacturing defect that prevented me from completing the assembly. I emailed G&F customs and Francesco was very responsive, helpful and patient in obtaining all the information to identify the problem and determine an action plan. The results were absolutely fabulous and I'm so happy with my new bed! Thanks Francesco and Giovanni.

After waiting 2 days for an app't., sending multiple pics, emails and phone calls back and forth, no call came. Potential customers don't care how busy you are! You are losing potential customer(s). After bad experiences with unreliable workers, this was disappointing. Don't waste your time!!!
