Andrew and HWB were extremely helpful in advising on, and supplying, a chair for my wife ( a Madison Repose Porter chair). Unlike some other suppliers I spoke to, Andrew was never pushy and I felt that I was being well advised. We are extremely pleased with the chair and with the service we received. I have no hesitation in recommending HWB.

Great service and quick delivery. I asked for help with the choice of profiling mattress, and they where so knowledgeable and helpful. The mattress are very good quality and very comfortable.

HWB went above and beyond to help us secure a bed for our elderly grandparents in a moment of real need. When our initial order with another supplier fell through, we were left feeling incredibly stressed and unsure where to turn. Andrew at HWB stepped in and had a bed delivered to us within 48 hours, hand-delivered from Cardiff by both Andrew and Lewis. They were both amazing on the day, incredibly kind, and went out of their way to help us. Even after the delivery, Andrew continued to support us with issues that had nothing to do with his products, which truly made a world of difference. For any mobility needs, HWB and Andrew are absolutely who we’ll be going to again.

The communication for the bed delivery was good. Arrived on time, it took a while to put the base together because of the model - the Elan. Explained how everything worked, very happy with the bed.

Andrew was very helpful in sorting out the precise requirements for my wife's chair with the result that it arrived in the advertised timescale and was exactly as requested.

The service from Andrew Morgan of HWB Mobility was excellent.... a very good company to do business with. He showed empathy and understanding in the entire process. He was punctual with the delivery, and put the bed up which was on trial for my husband and did a demonstration of how it worked. Unfortunately, because of my husbands particular neurological disability, he couldn't use it and Andrew came and collected it. Andrew was courteous, polite and understanding throughout the whole process.

This mobility shop is amazing, the customer service is excellent as I had a small issue with my order and they went above and beyond to sort it out, nothing is too much trouble I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for mobility items, thank you again Andrew for all your help

The wheelchair was as described and very easily unboxed and only required the footrests fitting that took all of 30 seconds My mother says it's absolutely perfect and comfortable which is good enough for me Many thanks for the quick delivery really couldn't ask for better service

I needed a new mobility scooter as I was changing my car and my present one is too big for the car I am having. I’d seen HWB on google, and their price for the particular scooter I was seeking, was by far the best.Initially, I was a bit wary of using a business so far away from Stoke on Trent where I live (that’s just me, cautious). However, I rang them and spoke with Andrew, who is actually the owner of the business, along with his wife. He was so helpful over the telephone, answering all my questions, and basically making me feel reassured and confident that I could trust them. I ordered my scooter the very next morning, and Andrew even talked me through the process of the digital form. I had a few hiccups because my bank was playing silly bu****s, but with great patience from Andrew, got it sorted. I ordered on Friday morning, scooter arrived Monday afternoon. As far as I’m concerned, I doubt that you’ll find anyone as genuine, professional and polite as Andrew. I’ll definitely recommend HWB Mobility to anyone that I talk to that is seeking mobility products. If you see this review Andrew, I thank you again for all of your help. Thanks, and all of the best.

Given that my home is on an off shore island, with ferry services as our main connection, I write to thank you all for the help I was given, in accessing the order of my Mobility bed, and the installation once it was brought across the water. The reassurance of knowing that there is back up support, should any problems develop, is to be treasured.
