We can assure you that we are fully qualified and committed to providing the highest standard of service to all of our customers. Regarding the transmission line repair on your 1991 RV, I would like to clarify that we use industry-standard practices and thoroughly test all repairs before returning the vehicle to the customer. We back our repairs with a 3-year, 36,000-mile nationwide warranty, ensuring any issues that may arise with the repair would be addressed at no cost to you if reported promptly. We were notified of this issue almost three months after the fact and requested records from the shop to review, giving us the opportunity to make it right. Instead of receiving documents, we received this accusatory review that does not depict the facts. It is important to note that you continued to drive the RV thousands of miles to Canada without contacting us to utilize this warranty. Had you reached out when the problem first arose, we would have had your RV towed to the nearest repair facility and this would have been resolved promptly and at no expense to you. We both had responsibilities in this matter, but we could not fulfill our end without knowing of the situation. Additionally, this accusatory review contains untruthful accusations and does not reflect the facts. As professionals, we find such accusations troubling and are here to ensure all concerns are addressed based on evidence and proper communication. Customer satisfaction and ensuring all of our customers’ vehicles are reliable and safe will always be the number one goal in our shop.
