Highly recommend - especially the goat biryani!!!

Fun, casual atmosphere. The music is a bit loud, but not very. I bring headphones when eating alone but I also love the music. The chettinad curry with lamb was great. It's coconut based and pretty thick and fattening, but very good. I got it with butter free roti and it came with rice. The lamb was not too fatty and was very tender - really excellent! Might not get the curry again because it is so fattening with all the coconut milk, or maybe I can just avoid eating all the coconut milk curry and only eat some of it plus the meat. The chicken vepudu is good and interesting. I'm not sure if it comes without dairy by default or if you have to order it special with no dairy. It is a bit hot for me but if I take breaks between eating then it's not too hot. It comes with lightly fried batter, maybe lightly fried onions and other things, and the meat is tender. Would get again. The lamb bhuna was delicious. Would order again. The lentil soup was tasty but I would prefer more solid lentils in my lentil soup so I won't get it again. Some may like it.

I ordered haleem........ it was THE WORST TASTE ever i had in my life........even the texture was not as a hyderabadi haleem.... don't fall for positive reviews.....

Authentic Indian food

Quality has gone down since opening. Used to be my favorite biryani and chicken 65 in the city.

I tried their chicken qorma and it was absolutely delicious. People are usually getting biryani and chicken 65 so I was hesitant in getting qorma but it was so worth it. Creamy with a coconut flavour!! Will definitely get again

Picked up for takeout, and boy was it phenomenal. T)3 HZ Curry is delicious, as well as the Biryani! One of my favorites in NY.

5 star would be less for the taste what they provide. I took my friends for dinner and was unhappy looking at space as it was quite small and it’s super crowded, however the food was too delicious and on top I saw owners themselves were cooking and talking to customers as well . If you are in NY City and you want some amazing Indian food do visit this place you would definitely enjoy it.

Hole in a wall kinda place but food is on point! Got the goat biryani and the meat was tender and fish had just the right amount of breading. Definitely going there again!

Great food. Best biryani in town. They only have a few tables and some bar stools for dine in. But the food covers up for it
