There is a walk up window for a reason. They don't ever help you at this location. Shouldn't have to stand in the cold for 20 minutes. Won't be back to this location awful

I tried the new Face-Off drink today from the Ankeny location, and it was amazing! My Energista, Abby, helped us pick out two new drinks, and she crafted them beautifully! She always offers such great customer service and answers any questions we have! We love Hyper and Abby!

Even though this location is newer, the staff are ROCKSTARS! They never fail to make small talk with you, while getting drinks out super fast! Drinks are always delicious and the rewards program is amazing! I go to multiple locations, and they are all AMAZING!!!! Greta job Hyper team!

I go to this location often, as it’s right across the street from where I work. Even on the busiest mornings, with a long line of cars, the staff is ALWAYS kind, friendly, and efficient. Drinks are always delicious as well! their rewards program is also amazing! I get at LEAST one free drink PER MONTH. THANK YOU for getting me through my shifts!

We love hyper! We used to stop regularly at the Grimes location, but now Ankeny is our regular store. We are so happy to have a location within 5 min from us. Our fav drink that order year round is the State Fair Lemonade. We love how tart yet sweet it is. The perfect balance. Maybe a cherry limeade with a similar recipe could become a featured drink sometime…

I absolutely love hyper. There’s a certain lady that is so sweet in the morning time, I don’t remember her name but she knows my order ☺️.
The only downside is when it’s busy, it’s busy. I’ve just figured out the times/days of the week when it’s not super busy & go at those times. But other than that I love this location, especially morning runs!!
