We worked with Mark, Jim and their team to get heat pumps installed in our cabin in Newcomb. The entire process was smooth and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of their work! The AC has been great to have and we can’t get over how quiet the system is both indoors and out. Highly recommend working with Adirondack Heat Pumps!

The whole process was very clear and fast. They were able to help me with getting credits from the state and federal. Also we had a time crunch for install but they were able to finish it quicker then their estimated finish date! If I had to install heat pumps again, I will use them again! Great experience!

The interface with Mark and overall communications and follow through were top shelf, from our initial meeting to cost estimating to installation. Josh and Matt are superb technicians and craftsman who take great pride in the quality of their work, both from a functional and aesthetic point of view. There is a reason that ADK Heat Pumps is a Diamond rated installer by Mitsubishi. If you want the best for the North Country, go with the people at ADK Heat Pumps and Mitsubishi technology. We have always wanted our home to be more comfortable in the warmer months and ultimately decided a ductless cooling system was our best route to attaining this. Adirondack Heat Pumps webpage is very easy to navigate and schedule an appointment quickly, with the text reminders being a nice added touch. After scheduling an initial appointment Mark Sauter, sales consultant for Adirondack Heat Pumps was able to present us with a very reasonable quote that met all of our heating and cooling goals. Jim Heneghan (project manager) quickly entered the process and helped us determine the logistics in placement of the units. A few short weeks later the techs arrived and the installation piece began. Donovan (lead technician) and Matt (technician/installation crew) were professional, tidy, and punctual in expediting this process for us. The entire approach was very collaborative. Donovan and Matt were always able to answer our questions while Jim and Mark touched base with us routinely. I’m so pleased to report after just a few days our units are all installed up and running and we could not be happier! Definitely recommend Adirondack Heat Pumps for a quick seamless process in any homeowners quest for a cool home in the summer and warm home in the winter, bonus it’s also energy efficient.

The details of the cost, date to do the work and explanations of the entire process were clearly presented to us and everything was done on time and at the original cost. Love our new heating system! Installed in three consecutive days by very professional, on time crew that left our home clean at the end of each day. System keeps our home toasty warm with minimal “white noise” sound at the high fan speed. Look forward to AC benefits this summer. Highly recommend!

The techs were here and installed my new hot water heater. They were friendly explained all the settings and how it works. They went over the maintenance schedule. And cleaned everything up, taking all the trash and the old water heater. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for the speedy response and installation. My old and not energy efficient hot water heater didn’t even give me hot water. I have a few showers in now and for the first time they are hot! Employees were personable, flexible and and accomplished what they promised, when they promised, with minimal disruption. The installer was a gem! Most importantly, now in the middle of winter, we are as warm as we care to be. I would say this company is one of the most accommodating companies I've ever worked with.

Terrific, A+! Converting an oil heated home to mini-splits is more complicated than it sounds and the folks from Adirondack Heat Pumps have helped me every step of the way. They helped me find the right balance regarding how much to invest considering my location, the tax benefits and generally how best to work through this process. I had complete confidence in their advice and know that they had my best interests in mind. I will continue to work with them as I continue to reduce my oil consumption.

Had a great experience with Adirondack Heat Pump from quoting to planning and installation of Hyper Heat System. Josh and Donovan did the install and were professional, skilled and customer focused throughout the installation process. In addition, they were on time each day despite 90 minute travel time. I would recommend them.

Thomas and Donovan were at our home for three days installing a heating/cooling system of mini splits. As they arrived and approached our home, I had the instantaneous impression that they were each calm and confident. I knew that there would not be any problems with their work. They obviously knew well what they would be doing. My first impression was 100% correct. They did a phenomenal job. Thomas caught some errors that the electricians (from another company) had made and initiated some major changes to their work. We are most grateful. Donavan along with excellent work, dug some plants out of the way and found a way to hold them until they could be replanted. And, they were a pleasure to have around, talking little and fully focused on the work to be accomplished. They have made changes for our living in our home which will be good for years. Thank you.
