Through virtual meetings, Ian got me back on the road driving safely and comfortably. I live in the US and went across the pond for some help and found Ian. He knows what he's doing and as a bonus, he's a nice person too. I can now do road trips--something that would not have happened a year ago. Thank you, Ian!

I have been struggling with some issues for some time now and was really eager to try hypnotherapy to see if it would help me. I was recommended by so many people to try Ian murton and I'm so happy I did and grateful to have found him. I can feel anxious around new people but Ian is such a calm and relaxed person that I instantly felt I could just be myself. I have had a few sessions now on emotional detox and trying to release past traumas that I have not really dealt with from the past and was keeping me from moving forward. After my first session I felt so much lighter and on my second I felt a huge shift in my negative emotions and felt like I released so much and was able to think clearer and feel so much more calmer. I have been working with Ian to help with my social anxiety also because I struggle to relax around people and when I come out of hypnosis it's like my anxiety has just been lifted out of me and I feel like situations that make me nervous don't seem to bother me anymore. I now seem to be much more relaxed around people and I don't feel the need to run anymore as I used to also get alot of physical symptoms but now I am just much more relaxed. Thanks to Ian I have managed to release so much of my past trauma that I didn't even know I was holding on too and I can finally start to really enjoy my life. Ian is an incredible person, he's kind, caring and I feel like he really listens to you and your needs. If anyone is looking to try hypnotherapy I would definitely recommend Ian, he really does work his magic and in my opinion is very gifted at what he does. I came to see Ian for an 'Emotional Detox' as I found my old negative habit reappearing back into my life. I knew this was as a result of increased levels of stress and anxiety that had been gradually building up over the last few months due to a variety of different reasons. During the session I felt myself being able to let go of so many negative memories and emotions that I had bottled up and left me feeling trapped. I left the session feeling so much more relaxed and at peace. I thoroughly recommend Ian's Emotional Detox session to anyone who is finding themselves feeling stressed and anxious. Moving forward I will be attending more regular sessions in order that I keep my stress and anxiety levels in check.

I recently visited Ian and to be honest I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I would consider myself quite the cynic when it comes to hypnosis but all I can say is how wrong I was. This has been a game changing moment in my life. I saw Ian to help me with my confidence and I left after only an hour feeling like a new man. I would highly recommend his services and since my visit haven’t stopped recommending him to everyone I meet. Don’t delay book him up now!!

When I had chronic insomnia and all hope was lost that I would ever get through it, Ian introduced me to CBTi, which completely changed the way I thought about and behaved towards sleep. I abandoned all the futile things I was doing like hot baths and supplements, and began following Ian’s advice. Instead, I adopted the correct behaviours that after persistence and patience, transformed my approach to insomnia. On top of this, the hypnotherapy allowed me to develop a warmer and more relaxing feeling towards bedtime, and move away from the anxiety and fear around sleep. I now feel relaxed about sleep, and if I am in bed awake now, it does not bother me. It feels amazing to wake up in the morning feeling fresh and energised again. Thanks Ian

What an amazing service provided by Ian! Having suffered from a debilitating phobia of dogs since a child, I was feeling trapped and afraid, that I would never get over it. Missing out on so many events for fear of a dog being there. Well with the help of Ian, I am no longer afraid. His calm and thorough approach has changed my life. I finally feel free from fear. Today I visited my sister and her neighbours dog came out to say hello. Where i would have frozen in fear before, today I was calm and able to enjoy the experience and even stroke the dog and give her attention. I never thought that I would be able to do this. I can not thank Ian enough. He is truly here to help people and I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with a phobia.

After almost 2 years of very poor sleep and constant waking in the night for hours at a time, a friend recommended Ian to me… and I’m so glad she did! With only a few sessions, I now consistently sleep through the night and even on the occasional nights I don’t, Ian has now helped and equipped me with the tools I need to drift right back to sleep - making my insomnia a thing of the past. As someone who has suffered with anxiety for almost 30+ years, I had come to accept that it was something I would always have to deal with. I found ways to manage it in life, but after the pandemic, my driving anxiety became something that was impeding my day to day life. Before working with Ian I was unable to look at highways, or even see them in movies etc without feeling a rise in panic and I had been avoiding driving on the highway for almost 3 years. After our time together, I am now able to drive on the highway and feel much more confident on regular roads. I used to be "jumpy" and always on the edge, and now I feel as though I am less stimulated and don't feel on the edge of panic when driving. His sessions were so easy and enjoyable, and I am beyond grateful for finding him. If you are looking for help with any phobia or anxiety, don't walk, RUN to work with him. You won't regret it.

I have struggled with a fear of flying for many years (I vaguely remember being ok with it as a young child), and have tried several solutions including rather expensive courses with the major airlines (BA, Virgin). It was useful to learn more about how planes work and I was reassured by the calm and confidence of the pilots we spoke to, but they never made a real difference to my anxiety and I've always continued to find flying a nerve wracking and uncomfortable process. Having had a couple of hynotherapy and NLP sessions with Ian, I went on my first flights a couple of weeks ago. I can honestly say I've not felt so calm and controlled in the lead up to a flight for a very long time (I usually find the anticipation increasingly difficult in the lead up to a flight), and the flights themselves were significantly less of an ordeal that normal. I was able to approach them with a fairly neutral attitude and get comfortable enough to enjoy some shows and a podcast on the plane (I'm normally pacing the isles, gripping the seats, and distracting myself in any way possible!). I plan to continue to work with Ian to get that last little bit sorted and over the line, and I can very strongly recommend Ian, and this approach, as an effective alternative to other flying phobia related options. It's the only thing that's really worked for me, and as I said to Ian, will be a real life changer for me going forward.

I never slept well as a child and by 15 my insomnia affected me every night. By my 20's I was clinically diagnosed with chronic insomnia and so my journey to try and sleep better began. 25 years later, I have tried many things medically and privately and although I did learn to fall asleep, I was never able to sleep long. Averaging 2-4 hours a night until I tried Ian's sleep well and shine hypnotherapy programme. Ian's gentle and knowledgeable approach instantly put me at ease and I am delighted that I have over come my insomnia and sleep much longer every night. I reached a point where I felt I needed professional help to quit vaping. After being skeptical at first, Ian was excellent in providing me with the information I needed through an initial consultation, followed by only one session which has left me vape-free for over two weeks now. The change in mindset has been effective and allowed me to gain control of my life again without having to depend on the 'stick'! I would highly recommend.

Thank you Ian for a transformative experience! I didn't come to you for a fear or phobia but to help me get more focus at work and become more proactive. My business will always be all-consuming but the techniques you have helped me develop skills to manage the natural stresses and find ways to deal with the workload. Being more proactive, staying clam and not getting distracted or procrastinating means I'm getting more done and focusing on the things which are important. And of course happier at work means I am happier at home, and more present because I am not worrying about what hasn't been acheived. having the sessions over zoom and the techniques you use put me at ease and meant I fully understood the process. stop smoking I was a long term smoker and had tried many times recently to stop smoking. I went to see Ian and he was very kind and considerate as we talked through the reasons i smoked. After just one session with Ian I am happy to say I have not smoked for a month, and I consider myself a non smoker. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone thinking of giving up smoking.

I recently went back to see Ian for life coaching as I knew he would be the person that I trusted to help me navigate my way back to feeling better. I started the Recharge Programme as I was procrastinating and over thinking & not focussing on what I really wanted to do. This left me with not much mental or physical energy in the tank. We worked on reworking on what my thoughts were and used NLP to help diminish it so that it wasn’t of any significance. Recharging to focus on things that do matter. We all get stuck sometimes and I’d definitely recommend seeing Ian to help you get back on the road to freedom from the intrusive thoughts that do not enrich your life. Anxiety comes to us all in one form or another and in peaks and troughs, but what can you do about it? Well in my case, I knew that I wanted to be a better version of me, but my anxiety and lack of confidence at work was getting in the way. My migraines were getting more frequent and I was running on empty. I’d go to sleep but keep waking up throughout the night, and not be able to go back to sleep or feel rested in the morning. Stress was getting the better of me, it was time to make a change. I knew about hypnotherapy but never thought it would help me in my situation, so when I started my first session with Ian things started to click. The way he explained about the sleep cycle and the effect on the brain was easy to understand. Listening to the download each night I was surprised at how after a few sessions I was sleeping much better. My mind set was changing and I was becoming more confident within myself, and thus when my boss and peers were giving me positive feedback I was quite proud of myself. Work is currently quite stressful but I keep listening to the download and the tips that Ian gave me and I am flying. I cannot thank Ian enough and would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to help with their anxiety and confidence. Make the change for you and be the best version of you with Ian’s help.

Since I can remember I’ve always had abnormal reactions to blood and anything medical related. I decided to get it sorted (despite being a bit sceptical about hypnotherapy) and Ian sorted me out in 3 sessions. Since the hypnotherapy, I am no longer reacting to blood or medical settings in an abnormal way, so safe to say it’s worked! Really recommend.

Ian helped to deliver a session focused around sports. We worked on tackling, work-rate and high balls relating to a rugby cup final. Never have I been so calm and collected. Fantastic session and helped give me the confidence I needed to perform at my best. We went on to win the cup which was fantastic.
