I can't thank the ICATT team enough for their exceptional service in transferring my father from Germany to New Delhi. The entire process was handled with such proffessionalism, care and efficiency. A special shout-out to Mrs Sumati for her excellent coordination through out. She ensured everything went smoothly and kept us informed at every step, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. The assisting doctors provided expert care and made sure my father was comfortable and well attended during the Journey. Thank you the entire team for making this complex transfer a success! ICATT helped us move a relative from Seattle, WA, USA to Bangalore, India. The team was fabulous, took care of every small detail, was available to answer all questions and ensure they did the best they could through all changes and challenges. Professional services by team. Specifically, sumathi , Dr Rahul, and Dr. sujinder. Words are not enough to thank sumathi for her incredible work . From day one sumathi was like a magnet attach to our family. We were in Canada and communication only thru whatsapp, but she was available for us anytime of the day . She worked In day and night only for our smoothe transition between India and Canada and made sure to cover every aspect . She assured repatriation process between two countries seamlessly easy and explained in details like a mother explaining to her kids. Very critical case handled like a piece of cake with all their professional tie ups. Overall, I am satisfied with their handling procedures and prompt follow-ups. Once again I salute to icatt team and special round of applause to sumathi Patient is transferred to Canada with all prospective measures and is in stable condition now . Thanks and all the best in future endeavors.

Great team of professionals..!! My father in law was critically ill and he was safely transported through ICATT to India ( Kerala) from Australia ( Newcastle) via Thai commercial Airline. Thanks to excellent coordination by the team including Dr Shalini, Dr Satish and Anurima. The whole process was diligently carried out by the highly qualified doctors and medical staffs of ICATT. A special mention to Dr. Varatharaja who flew all the way from Malaysia to Australia for handover and medical assistance. Highly recommended..

I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service provided by the ICATT Air Ambulance team during my uncle's transfer from MGM Chennai to KIMS Hyderabad. They were incredibly efficient in their coordination and execution. From the moment they arrived promptly at the hospital in Chennai to the safe landing in Hyderabad, every step was handled with professionalism. The continuous updates provided reassurance throughout the journey, keeping us informed about progress and any adjustments in the plan. The medical team on board was competent and ensured my uncle received the necessary care throughout the flight. Overall, it was a seamless experience, and I would highly recommend their service.
