The company just finished the central air installation at our apartment. This was not a standard job as we live in a loft with 19 feet ceiling - this provided for a more challenging installation. The team was very professional, respectful and worked clean. They protected all of our furniture and stuff at the apartment, cleaned every day after they finished work and completed everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for high end results.

My local business was without heat for several days and two other companies no-showed service calls the two days prior. Linda was excellent with coordinating a visit and setting fee expectations. Rafael was on site within about 45 minutes of my call and had our heat up and running within another 45 minutes. I really appreciate the professionalism and prompt service. Everyone on my block that had previously used Iceberg Mechanical Corp. highly recommended them. An architect on the block informed me that he works exclusively with Iceberg, and recommended them as well. After doing my due diligence and getting about four estimates regarding installation of the Mitsubishi Mini-Splits in my top floor rental apartment, I decided to have Iceberg Mechanical do the installation. The head of the company answered my many questions prior to my engagement of their services, and provided a loan agreement through Synchrony. The workers at Iceberg Mechanical were efficient, communicated well, and did a great job. They provided me with pictures of the compressor on the roof, and sealed up any channels created in the walls that were made during the installation process. In summary, I highly recommend Iceberg Mechanical for installation of the Mitsubishi Mini Splits.

I can't say how many times Iceberg has saved the day. When contractors from another company initially renovated this brownstone, they REALLY screwed up all of the HVAC stuff. Drainage lines not connected properly, shoddy brazing work, just bush league amateur work. Icebergs folks have a laser focus attention to detail, are professional, and know their stuff. They came in, immediately knew the issues, and how to fix them. A literal godsend. I cannot overstate this. Plus, Linda in the office is one of the most friendly people I've ever spoken to. She also knows her stuff too and is ultra prompt on communication.

If you are looking to have an installation job, find yourself in the same position as we were, or even just need maintenance (you should do it regularly!) just stop searching and call them. You'll be wasting your time and money going anywhere else, really. I don't write reviews often unless it's "blows it out of the water," so believe me here. Save yourself the headache of dealing with other shops. 11/10.

Professional and timely service! Linda was thorough and ensured the repair went well. This was an expensive visit, but for the first time in many years the issue with my mini-split is actually resolved and I will be calling Iceberg next time. Quick service when my a/c condenser was shot - estimate in one day and replaced two days later in the middle of the heat dome making for restored comfort. Friendly service, with full explanations from first call to completed job. So pleased that I had them also replace my hot water heater.

We used family-owned Iceberg Mechanical to service our many Fujitsu mini-splits just now, switching from two other service providers who both went out of business. Despite pointing out that Fujitsu's aren't really very good (they prefer Mitsuibishi), the team did a FANTASTIC job on the maintenance and cleaning. Thorough, professional, friendly, fast, service-oriented, respectful. Well done!

We used Iceberg Mechanical to swap out a non-functional 12 year old split system and they did a great job. The team walked us through the process and were thorough but efficient in their work. After work started it took 2.5 days and they came back the following week to make sure everything was working properly. Would highly recommend them for new systems and general upkeep.

The Mitsubishi system works very well in our home. Our home is a complex installation but they worked well to figure out how to run conduit and pipes through our walls and make the install low profile. This effort made the install take a bit time than planned but was worth it in the end. Good communication. Would recommend

I picked Iceberg because I wanted a Mitsubishi Diamond Certified shop to do my repairs. I enjoy working with them because their office team is super responsive and helpful and all of the folks who visited my home were professional, respectful and easy to work with. Service was turnkey from diagnosis through patching and painting. I am sure you can find someone who will quote you a lower price, but some things are worth paying for.
