Ok so updated review iced out genetics from what I’m told had some issues with employees that got sick and is the reason it took so long and I would like to change my review and say that although my initial order took a while the customer service has and was great the entire time and since then I have received my order and the quality was fantastic and since then they have reached out and are compensating me for the time and frustration that I endured thru the process I will update on the speed and quality of comp when I get it thanks guys you really have done great by me as long as you follow thru!

Ordered Aug 9th and still haven't received. I've called a couple of times and they told me they were going to send it both times . They did mention some shipping issues. I'll update if I do get order.

False advertising and false products. The descriptions are misleading and not at all what they ship to you, if you even receive it. Takes a month to receive an order and they do nothing to resolve the problem. All messages are ignored and it is impossible to get a straight truthful response, if any. Delay orders for no reason. Now charging exuberant fees on top of the pricing trying to justify it because of the payment process, then you have to pay more fees because of the payment process. Scam.

My issue is with the shipping time. It literally took a month just to get my sample order. A MONTH!!!!! it was good flower and i love the selection, but im afraid to do future buisness with them for fear of very very long wait time or maybe not receiving anything at all. 😒

Can’t complain. I’ve been ordering for the last 6 months and never had an issue. I usually had my order shipped in 2 or 3 days after payment, however sometimes u may wait a couple of weeks but as I can see it’s cause they are having many orders finding the way to serve everyone. Giving 4 stars in order to make them put more effort on their processes.

it has been 3 weeks since i put my order in and it still has not shipped they told me it would ship out last week then they said this week and now they said next week not a great way to do business

Yeah I placed an order on the 9/8, contacted customer service on the 15th, they apologized and said one of their packagers was out sick for the week so they were behind, that's understandable, they then said it would ship out on Saturday, well I waited until the following Wednesday and contacted them again and they said my order STILL wasn't out and it won't be until this upcoming Saturday which is kinda messed up, don't tell people their order will be shipped one day and then when it still never shows up you copy paste your previous response but change the date, will update from 1 to 4 stars if my order ever gets here. UPDATE: it still has not arrived, if it doesn't get here by tomorrow I'm suing them for fraud.

I made an ordered never to receive it. Left emails only to be told my package would go out in ten days came and and gone no package then another 10 days late finally made a shipping label but refuses to ship my package now been over a month can not get a response so no product that they took my money for worst service I ever used would nor recommend all they do is take your money and not send product

Now first and for most let me just say THANK YOU ALEX!!! She is the sole reason I'm still a customer. Another big factor is TRUST. AND they have my trust 100% hands down. Alex has been working with me since my 1st order. Alex has her hands full I'm guessing dealing with customers like me. I believe in being upfront and Alex has gone above and beyond what I call, the call of duty. But I'm still a customer with Iced Out Genetics. And I owe it all to Alex. So, Thank You Alex again.
The only thing I can say is the time on shipping out ordered items. I've been with these folks for a few reasons of course, Alex. But I absolutely trust these people 100%. The quality will speak for itself. Growing pains are a pain. But I was told that the owner is making some very positive changes in adding more help and equipment to help expedite the shipping process. Bottom line TRUST because without that I'll just say good luck with that. So, I'm not going anywhere as long as I'm happy. I'm looking forward to see shipping getting where they need to be. Bottom line you can deal with some bumps in the road to be happy where you are. Hope this helps out!
