ICS was extremely professional in every way. Chris was very thorough and detailed in providing the estimate. Harry and Lev were very helpful in coordinating the project. Alex, José, Woldek & René did an outstanding job installing. They were very respectful and careful with our home and worked very efficiently and quickly. We highly recommend ICS to anyone with HVAC needs.

ICS HVAC was great 😁 found them via Facebook. Everything was completed in a timely manner being mindful of my upcoming surgery and start of the warm weather. Chris met with us for a free quote and was very informative of the process. Even let us know about the PSEG payment program options. Harry walked us through the entire process, guiding me every step of the way. The workers who installed the HVAC forgot their names but were very knowledgeable, respectful, & left everything cleaned. Very pleased! Will definitely be using them to reinstall my 2nd unit. So far it’s been spring and summer, now going into fall/winter season living in my home comfortably.

For the past two years I have been able to relay on Jason and Jerald to provide quick and timely service to my clients. ICS always picks up the phone, and are exceptional at responding to emails. Their techs are always on time and accommodating. There has been countless occasions when they have taken the time to walk me through what I needed, what part needed to be ordered, or just the functions of any given unit. Recently, I was again in a bind, and not once were they seemingly bothered by my consecutive calls with questions. I felt personally taken care of by Jerald who went above and beyond for me, and even spoke directly to my clients when they needed additional assistance after a service visit. I can't thank them enough for picking up the phone, and making me feel like a priority and valued customer, despite their workload. Thank you for being in my corner!

We had a great experience with ICS. From the start, Chris came in and was very informative about heat pump systems and our options. He soon followed with a proposal with multiple options that we could use to better decide. After choosing an option, we were soon introduced to Harry who was great in keeping us informed and sending useful info and videos of what to expect. During installation, their team was great as well, showing up when they said they would and working smoothly. Alex and others in the team were great in keeping things moving and getting us quickly setup during this hot summer.

I strongly recommend using ICS for your air conditioning maintenance and repair. They performed comprehensive routine maintenance on my Daikin VRV System today. Their technician, David was knowledgeable, proficient, and thorough. I highly recommend ICS and David.

I called ICS for a leak from my air conditioner. It was leaking into a room from the attic causing damage to the ceiling wall and hardwood floor. Jason W. in the service dept went above and beyond to get a service tec to my house ASAP. Enter Brandon, He shows up earlier than was expected, booties on his feet upon entrance, inspects the unit, finds the issue, and has everything on the truck to repair it! He took the old parts with him and left no trace he was ever here. ICS has the kindest and most polite employees! Very thankful to ICS! Date of service 8/9/2024

The whole team at ICS were fantastic to work with, from consultation and quote through to installation and follow-up. My project involved retrofitting a modern condensing unit and air handler to existing duct work within my apartment, and Jose and David who worked on the installation were phenomenal. They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable, worked diligently to minimize the disruption, and left my apartment clean and tidy post installation (and at the end of every day). Post installation, there were also great following up to ensure that everything was working correctly and the system was working perfectly. Thank you sincerely to Chris, Lev, Harry, Jose and David for all your efforts to resolve my HVAC issues!

ICS installed a heat pump for us in the attic. Service was excellent. They are knowledgeable about these systems. Responded to emails quickly, most of the time. Accommodated our request for quick installation in the last minute, due to guests arriving. Workers (Angel and others) were knowledgeable and professional. They tried multiple ways to improve air circulation when there was a 3-4 degree difference between the different floors. Their attempts did not succeed, but we were grateful for their attempts. They are significantly more expensive than others, but their knowledge and responsiveness was important for us.

This company came highly recommended by my coworker. I am so glad I went with this company. They were great from beginning to end. Very good communication and in explaining all details involved in getting split units installed.
