This builder is a big fraud, the actual possesion date on papers for tower A was 31st of March 2022, it has been months waiting for the possesion. Beware before investing in tower D, pls don't go by their words add extra 1 to 2 years on the possesion date they will commence.

The project is delayed and builder is giving false commitments for possesion of Tower A. Builder has not finished the work and hence not getting OC for Tower A . Management does not treat buyer's well. Once you take home loan on this property , believe me you are trapped.

Most of the comments you see here are paid and made by the owner, the truth is that you pay the full amount and the team around you would start making fun with the words NEXT MONTH and this is the practice since 2021. Residents who bought apartments in 2020 are waiting for registration.

Very bad project. Builder sirf residence se paisa vasul Raha h. Club hal ka charge 11000.00 for 4 hours. Zim ka charge 1100 per person. Sirf lut Raha h builder residence ko. So please yaha property mat deko. Maintenance is towards poor. Would not say that they have the best service but their charges are toward high.

I bought this flat on the promises made by them to deliver flat on 31 march 2022 in tower A . Soon I came to know about fake promises made by builder to all pervious buyers. Builder is delaying the possession intentionally as the possession date given to many buyers was 31 march 2021 , 31 dec 2021 . I am now worried regarding the possession . We are paying rent as well as EMI . Don't go for the fake promises . Talk to the previous buyers. They are deleting the reviews to maintain the ratings

Possession of towe is pending since 2020... Work is stopped....false commitment by the sales and no response for CRM...

Delivery of the Tower A is pending since Dec 2020... One of my friend have booked the flat in Aug 2019 but he still facing chalange to get the possession....

This 1 Star rating is not for the Project or builder but the irresponsible employees who are the face of the company. We got the handover on 27-Dec'21 and after a Weeks time there was Seepage from the living room Toilet to the walls of the Living room, Kitchen and Guest bedroom. The employees responsible to oversee this and fix this kind of complaints are not efficient and proactive. They asked and kept the keys for more than 20 days but did not fix the issue, apparently.......the Supervisors responsible just came in the apartment merely twice for a formality walk I assume. They put in lights to dry the walls and it wasn't working after an hour and when followed up I was told they currently do not have any in stock. After multiple follow ups the issue was not resolved and as we wanted to move in we finally gave the contract to get the home painted to a vendor. Employees responsible to fix this in Civil and maintenance asked the painter to look at this the day they were starting the paint job.The painter was any way painting the entire house, such slow and irresponsible employees. The issue with seepage is still not resolved and the same areas are impacted. The people responsible to manage these are always in an arguing mode and come up with illogical answers as we are not aware of the root cause. There is no Ownership and they always make us feel that they are doing us a big favour. Now the issue is still not resolved and we are being compelled to either go to their Sales office and personally meet Sachin Sir to make him aware of these kind of treatment and inconvenience.

Maintenance is very Good, staff is very supportive. View is very nice.

It has been a month since we have booked the flat and and more than 2 weeks we have sent loan sanction letter, yet didn't receive any documents like NOC,TPA,BBA not sure about the business model and customer service.

la solata is a very good project in ncr. All the essential requirements have been taken care of along with best in class quality material.

One star not for project but definitely for ill mannered staff, management everyone seems COMMISSION KHOR they denied for everything but after few hours you will get call with the solution but you have to pay X amount. Parking has been allotment in very poor manner there is no logic behind allotment, Resident requested for parking change but the denied to change but received call after few hours, Parking will be changed but need to pay 5K. So many such cheep things are happening in the society which starts from security supervisor Mr. Raju Tiwari, Maintenance Staff and Management face like Mr. Manish/Neha (They even don't know how to behave with customers). This concerned has been raised multiple times to management but still seems Mr. Sachin Jain (Owner) is still not aware with all these things because no owner wants such staff who always put their reputation on stack in their organization.

The group is very good, construction Quality and finishing is so impressive.
