Very pleased with siding and skirting installation....Manuel and his crew did a wonderful job...When issues were uncovered after old siding demo, Daniel's guidance facilitated getting those issues addressed so new siding installation could be completed. Thank you so much.

Customer service was top notch. Work crews were on time and worked hard. Price was reasonable Replaced soffits on 80% of the house. Replaced damaged fascia on 10% of the house. Replaced damaged window trim on 25% of the house. Hauled off old soffits, trim, and fascia. Pressure washed, scraped, caulked, primed, and painted the entire 1700 SqFt one story house. Carpentry and painting was finished in less than 4 days. I would recommend them to anybody.

Worked with Daniel from the Austin office on replacing our cedar siding with pre-colored Hardie Siding plus some repainting and gutter installation. Extremely satisfied with the workmanship as well as the responsiveness and communication during the entire project and would recommend them to anyone wanting to replace/update their siding. Definitely worth a 5-star review! And I am not easy to please! Daniel is extremely professional in what he is doing and how is a working with his customers....

After trying to get several estimates, I found Ideal Siding. Their representative, Kevin, showed up on time for every meeting. We discussed the project scope and each step was explained in great detail. Kevin checked in every couple of days to monitor progress and get my opinion on the work being done. After completion, we did a walk about to discuss minor details that were taken care of briskly. The workers were a power house and completed the job in a timely manner. The siding looks beautiful and matches my brick perfectly. The painting of the house was done with great detail and I couldn’t have asked for a better job. I would most definitely recommend Ideal Siding to my friends and family.

Kevin the owner was very knowledgable, patient, and understanding of my needs. He was a great asset in helping me to determine the best path forward. I highly recommend this company.

Working with Kevin representing Ideal Siding was a pleasure. Kevin was very professional and kind. He was very helpful with deciding with us the best way to go. Unfortunately I had a friend that worked with a different Siding company that gave me one heck of a deal. At the time I didn't know she worked for Empire until she came over to bid on the work. First of all, for most of us, hiring someone to work on our homes can be a rough experience. I personally hate looking for contractors because too often it’s a pain in the a**. Well. I can say that working with Kevin and his crew was a breeze. From showing up when they were supposed to, keeping track of progress on a daily basis and understanding my concern about keeping things clean for me and my neighbors, they checked off all my requirements. Plus, my house looks great. I recommend “Ideal Siding” to anyone looking to improve their home.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After making and appointment for an estimate on May 21, 2024 and receiving an email reminder the morning of the appointment on May 31, 2024, no one ever showed up to do the estimate. We did not receive any sort of explanation either.

Our house experienced catastrophic hail damage a few weeks ago and so we are needing to replace pretty much all of the siding on our home. We looked up companies in the area and liked what people had to say about Ideal Siding. Nothing but 5 star reviews about how wonderful everyones experiences have been. Unfortunately that has not been ours. We spoke with your customer service rep earlier this week and she stated that y'all did service our area, then set up a time for Daniel to come out to the house on Wednesday at 12:15 pm to give an estimate. He never showed. I called after a couple of hours to see if he was maybe postponed. The rep that answered stated she didn't know where he was but that she'd leave him a message to call us. He never called. Thought maybe we'd hear from someone today. We did not. Needless to say you have now lost a potential customer. We are understanding people! We get that things happen, including mistakes. We would have been more than willing to look past this had someone just reached out. Even a text message would have been suffice. But there has been no communication from y'all whatsoever as to why no one came, called or even tried to reschedule. We've never experienced such a lack of communication and poor customer service. We will definitely be telling people to avoid using your company.
