Ideal Siding and Jon Choi were a pleasure to work with. Their quote was the best and the overall service was efficient, clean, and easy for us as a homeowner. The follow through was impressive. John and his team were so great to work with. They took our mid 1900s home and kept its original character with hardie board. They were so communicative which honestly is so hard to find these days. Our house looks so amazing and the price was definitely within our budget. His team worked their butts off in the hot weather- putting in 12 hour days and didn’t stop until it was all finished. Sooooo happy with it!!!

I had a great experience with Ideal. They scheduled my free estimate promptly and sent reminders by text and email. John came to evaluate the leak and gave me his honest opinion. I didn't get the estimate that I had expected (think $$$). Instead I got honesty and direction. This company really does value every customer and their situation. Most importantly, they have integrity.
