We did have one investment go in to Default, Ignite was awesome keeping us informed on the process. Ignite has a ease of use process with the same company handling the initial loan funding, servicing of the loan and stands behinds their products if a default does arise. It is nice to earn double digits returns for the last seven years.

I was new to trust deed investing and asked her a lot of questions. Kate was extremely helpful in walking me through the various investment opportunities offered at Ignite Funding. She is very thorough and did a great job walking through the process (e.g. transferring funds, tranches, etc.). I highly recommend Ignite Funding as an investment vehicle to diversify your assets.

I knew absolutely nothing about trust deed investing but somehow stumbled across some marketing for Ignite Funding and requested a consultation to learn more about it. I received a call from Christian at Ignite and right away I could tell he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He answered all of my questions in great detail and addressed all of my concerns. I ultimately decided to invest in 2 different trust deed loans and have received monthly payments from Ignite as expected.

I love the fact the Ignite has a podcast. I learned so much about how they operated by listening. They take their due diligence seriously. When I decided to invest my hard earned monies just a month ago, I was paired with Greg Yang. He provides succinct information about several options to invest in trust deeds. I feel taken care of and confident that my monies are invested with very astute borrowers who Ignite has vetted thoroughly and with whom it has history.
