Title: Disappointing Experience - More Focused on Money Than Service I had a very disappointing experience with this organization. Initially, the staff seemed polite and accommodating, but that changed once we started discussing payments and services. They appeared more concerned about how much our insurance was covering and how much we had to pay, rather than focusing on providing quality service for our children. We enrolled two kids and requested a discount considering our financial situation, but instead of understanding our concern, they added VAT, further increasing the overall cost. This left us feeling unheard and undervalued as clients. To make matters worse, the staff stopped responding to our messages and inquiries, which is extremely unprofessional. I expected an organization of this nature to prioritize the well-being and care of children, but it seems financial gain is their primary concern. I do not recommend their services to anyone seeking genuine care and support for their children.

Disappointing Experience – Focused More on Profit Than Service I had an incredibly frustrating experience with ILC. My initial visit on September 16, 2024, for an assessment for my two children went smoothly, with cooperative staff and a seemingly positive impression. However, it didn’t take long for issues with their pricing and policies to arise. I was initially quoted 3000 SAR for both children if I paid in cash, but if I provided the iqama and went through medical insurance, the price jumped to 5000 SAR for both children, with the cost reimbursed through insurance. This drastic price difference based on payment method made it clear that the center was more focused on maximizing profits than offering fair and transparent pricing. After processing the iqama, I returned to the center on December 1, 2024, hoping to start the therapy. Given the additional costs I was facing, including travel and other expenses, I requested a discount. The Operations Manager mentioned that I could submit a request for management review. However, after following up a week later, I was told that no discount would be provided, and the price had increased again to 5000 SAR plus VAT per child. It was incredibly disappointing to see the price continue to rise with no regard for my situation. The lack of flexibility and consideration was frustrating, and it became clear that their priority was making money rather than providing a fair service. Moreover, after sending multiple messages and attempting to follow up, they have not responded, and calls are no longer being answered. This lack of communication only added to my frustration and left me with a very disappointing experience. Given everything, I cannot recommend ILC to anyone. The unprofessional behavior, lack of transparency, and increasing costs indicate that this center is more interested in earning money than actually helping children or supporting families in need.

All the docs are good and experience,the good thing is that there is no language barrior.further there is need to open new branch at jubail .

ILC Conducted a free assessment for Kids having learning or development disorders in Jubail yesterday. The event was well organized and the experts were qualified.
