I had a dryer that wasn't heating. The tech came out said the dryer was not the problem, that it was a problem with the vent on the roof. He did nothing to the dryer and charged fee service. I had another tech go out and it was only the dryer hose from the dryer to the outside that was kinked. When it was straightened out and the dryer turned on, the dryer worked perfectly. Lazy and unconcerned.

They came out to fix my oven and then when the part was on back order told me just buy a new oven because it may take months to get it in. No other information just buy a new stove.

Extremely disappointed in the service we got for the price we paid. Our main concern was our dishwasher not starting, thought Tech had "fixed" it. Not even a week has passed since he worked on it and we are having the same issue as before.

Showed up the same day I called. They fixed a 14 year old washer with three things wrong with it. Not cheap but much much less than buying a new one.
