Had a wonderful experience with Troy from Imperfeccion Specialists! Price was the best for 3 trips!
I was only present during the first trip, where Troy explained to me the defects he found. Subsequently, he helped me to settle the rectifications as well as joint inspection with BSC. He did recommend for me to be present for the joint inspection but I couldn't make it. Everything was settled by Troy and I am super impressed by his professional services!
Wholeheartedly recommend them for your defects check. Leave the headache to them and surely you'll be a satisfied customer like me.

Found them on google and i was very surprised with the professionalism of their work.. all the equipments they use and even when the developers were debating with Tengku on whether my door gap between the frame was a defect or not.. they were able to provide proof from BCA website that the door is indeed below BCA acceptable standards thus deeming it a defect. If i didn't engage them i would have taken the developers word for it and have accepted the defective door. A lot more affordable compared to the other companies that i was considering as well. Glad i had them on my side to take on the developer. Highly recommended
