I went to Sorcha near the end of pregnancy when I was experiencing a lot of pelvic pain. I had worn a belt and taking paracetamol to ease the pressure but still I found it uncomfortable to walk. I was 40weeks pregnant. I was recommended reflexology by a midwife after a sweap and I wish I had gone sooner. The relief I felt just after one session, was unbelievable and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is pregnant. Even after my pregnancy I went back to help my body heal because the sense of calm and relaxation after a session is honestly magical. The location is very private with its own entrance, its clean and calming from the moment you step into the studio, it’s warm and inviting. I’d Highly recommend reflexology with Sorcha to anyone I meet who is in pain because it truly was the only thing that worked for me, when I had tried everything else. She’s such a lovely lady and so professional. I felt so at ease from the moment I met her. Not only do you physically feel good you mentally feel more relaxed. It’s something you need to experience to believe.

I have had two treatments of reflexology with sorcha now in the past 6 weeks due to a thyroid condition and since the treatments one of my hormones has now rebalanced with i could not get to do through medication over a 12 month period. Sorcha is an excellent reflexogist and I am totally amazed by the results from both treatments. I probably had two of the best nights sleep after both my sessions. Sorcha is a highly professional therapist and has a very calming and lovely manor I would definitively recommend her for anyone who is deciding where to go for some reflexology.

Sorcha gives the ultimate in relaxation and warmth the minute you walk in the door.. I have had Reiki and reflexology with her, and she ensures you are comfortable, relaxed and you come out floating. After I had my first reflexology appointment with Sorcha, I told her she was a magician and I meant it. I knew I was tired but the night following the session, I slept deeper and longer than I had in months. I went back to her for reflexology and reiki, and I will happily go back! She’s passionate and knowledgeable about what does, and she takes great care in ensuring you are comfortable throughout your appointment.

I have been attending Sorcha for reiki and reflexology since August of last year. She is an intuitive therapist and amazing, she has really helped me. Her therapy room is lovely. Sorcha had the most amazing sound bath in the forest the other week. It was the most beautiful time and so lovely to experience the sound bath in nature. It was so relaxing. Sorcha has also added sound therapy to my reflexology/reiki sessions and it benefits me so much. I never expected to enjoy it so much.

Went to the sound bath staged in a local forest, on a Sunday afternoon, not really knowing exactly what to expect... but my God what an experience. Combination of the natural sounds of the forest and Sorcha's wide and varied sound instruments, made this an experience I will 100% return to. I left feeling so relaxed and grounded.

The sound bath experience was something I couldn’t ever have imagined enjoying as much as I did. From the very start Sorcha made the forest seem like the most natural place in the world to lie down and immerse yourself in sound. It was so soothing and each different sound evoked a different feeling. As a novice to this I couldn’t recommend it highly enough to help aid calmness and peacefulness within. You won’t regret it!

I already had 2 reflexology sessions with the lovely Sorcha. It's part of a 4-week plan to help with my rheumatoid arthritis. I have to say it was just an amazing experience for me. She's touched so many areas where I need some work. I can't explain all the things I felt, but I left with a sense of lightness and inner peace.
