IMS came out quickly! David was super helpful and walked through everything that was wrong with our system and repaired it quickly!! Our system went out on a Saturday afternoon, when we had 30 people coming for a baby shower the next day!

Through Home Depot, I was put in touch with IMS to do maintenance and a tune-up on my AC, which hadn't been looked at in over a decade. The company responded promptly, and Andrew from IMS recently did the work. He was very thorough and went over what he did and what he found in detail. I appreciate his careful attention, and I highly recommend IMS (particularly if you can get a discount through Home Depot, which made the cost more than reasonable :-)
