The management and employees here are rude. They can’t comprehend the simplest tasks. And get upset with you and call you names and when you defend yourself they get more upset. They need new people specially the red haired native lady talking down on everyone . She definitely should not be working here if she can’t handle the simplest customer service job.

First, I did not know this place even had premium cigars! Updated review, great selection many new brands!

My experience here is consistently poor, it feels like the staff have no clue or understanding of where they work, you ask them for a product and they look at you like they're a fish out of water. Then, on top of this, they only ever have one register open at a time, even when there's a line of people stretching outside. It feels like this company is run by someone allergic to money and allergic to good customer service.

Good prices on gas but I always buy my wraps here I got 4 packages they were all dry unusable what a let down

Customer service SUCKS!!! Manager Lucy is so so rude to her customers she doesn't give the customers what they ask for then when told that is not what u asked for she throws a fit throws whatever you asked for at u. Lucy go work at the city dump cause u need to be with what fits u an that's trash!!!!

Crazy Busy gas station, convenience store but it’s busy for a reason! The gas was cheap, it’s on the way to the interstate and on the right side ;). And then you walk inside and suddenly all is right with the world. The chaos of the parking lot disappears and the clean, organized, well stocked market with FRESHLY BAKED PUEBLO BREAD is complemented by some of the kindest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a gas station/ convenience store. They got me back on the road for the last part of my trip home completely de stressed and with a fresh attitude all by being genuine and kind. These are some very hard working folks to create that atmosphere with that level of constant business. And the Pueblo bread was delicious!

Always have a good experience when I go to the store, trying to find out if they have any kind of prom program.

It would be nice if y’all would put out some kinda information when your store is going to be closed. Just a simple piece of paper stating why not open and when you will reopen. There’s a lot of people that go to your store that live far away including me, people today have no consideration for others. Especially store owners. Answering your phones would be nice to to give us some kind of feedback on why you’re closed at that time.
