I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Andrea Eisgruber at Indigo Physical Therapy. In addition to being extremely skilled, she is patient, compassionate and exceptionally good at making patients feel comfortable and at ease.

I love Erica! She is great and easy to work with. She always makes me feel really at ease and offers personalized feedback for my goals. She has a lot of experience and expertise, but is also really relatable. I came here after wanting a change from the prior PT I was using. Erica asked what wasn't working for me with the therapist at a different practice and immediately made sure to customize her program to meet my needs. I'm really excited to keep working with her!

I have both amazing personal and professional experience with Indigo! I was a patient myself postpartum and now send all of my clients to them. Pelvic PT is incredibly intimidating for many people to start and the providers at Indigo make it incredibly easy. They are warm and trauma informed (important to me as a mental health provider). Also important, the clinic is designed for maximised comfort and privacy.

A spa-like experience and atmosphere at a PT office. High recommendation for Cat & the postpartum massage. High appreciation for the inclusivity of the company and its providers!

Finding Dr Mandy Rose has been a godsend! She is passionate about her work and it shows in her professional, warm and empathetic approach to working with me. I love how she approaches a client ‘s issues by doing a deep dive and really listening to you as an individual, trying to really figure out what works best for you. I can’t say enough good things about her! I’ve also enjoyed my interactions with Kate at the front desk - always smiling and welcoming as you walk through the door.

Indigo Physiotherapy offers clinical expertise, professionalism, and quality care. Alissa Klein DPT is a highly skilled clinician who has used her knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction to effectively treat my low back condition. In just a few sessions I felt significant symptom relief and learned strategies and techniques to manage my condition. The one on one, hands on treatment at Indigo has been paramount to my healing journey. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nikolaidis and the staff at Indigo Mosaic. They are warm and professional, and the treatment I received was very effective for with the specific issue I needed help with. The facility is modern, clean, and comfortable. Without exaggeration, this was the best medical experience I've had.

I worked with Andrea during one of the darkest times of my life. She always advocated for me and my care even outside of her room. She was able to provide me with very helpful tips to help with all my health issues. Most of all she was a shoulder to cry on when I felt like no other provider was listening. I can’t thank Carlie, at the front desk, enough for helping battle my insurance to be reimbursed. Indigo files claims as a courtesy. This maybe common amongst most PT providers. What is not common is for Carlie to spend time on the phone week after week with my insurance because at times, insurance would only speak with the folks at Indigo. She and Dr.Khan spent the better part of a month filling out paperwork, calling and advocating. This is extraordinary dedication and compassion to help me return to care.

There are not enough “Stars” to rate Dr Khan at Indigo Fairfax. She was able to identify and fix issues other medical professionals have not for ten years. Dr Khan’s ability to treat and holistically find solutions is extraordinary. Because of Dr Khan I am able to avoid surgery. You will be hard pressed to find a medical professional as kind, compassionate, caring and intellectually adept as Dr Khan. She has given me hope..

I was very hesitant to find a PFPT, thinking "I'm doing fine" and also didn't want to wait months for someone who was under insurance. BUT OMG, do it! Make the booking, start your journey. Dr. Erica was so honest with where I was at, gave lots of kudos, was flexible with scheduling, worked me hard, but I only needed 4 sessions! They use an easy to download and follow app that can set reminders and mark off what you've done. I was able to start my normal exercise routine safely and sooner than expected. The office itself is clean, front desk staff is kind and communicative, parking was easy in Mosaic Location. Frankly, worth every penny for my health and sanity. Stumbled upon Indigo and Medina after being in desperate need for relief from chronic neck pain and headaches and I’m now a client for life. Medina is the kindest most compassionate massage therapist who really listens to my needs and addresses my concerns at every visit. She goes above and beyond to provide resources outside of our monthly sessions to make sure I’m incorporating pain relieving techniques into my daily routine. I highly recommend giving Indigo and Medina the chance to change your life for the better!

You will find the most knowledgeable and positive team, dedicated to working with you to find solutions and improve your situation. I had been told by my Primary Care, Specialist, and Urologist, that I had no other options than surgery. Thankfully, I found Indigo and gave them a chance. Dr Maliha Khan has been incredibly insightful, knowledgeable, supportive, and positive. I am so very thankful for her and Indigo this holiday season, as they have given me hope. I love Indigo and Dr. Michelle Komrower! I appreciated Michelle's holistic and realistic approach. She didn't simply assign me exercises, she helped me brainstorm how to fit them into my weekly schedule.

This place is full of so much expertise - the providers think outside the box and give such comprehensive care.

Very insightful staff! I went in having low back issues and left with a smile. Highly recommend to anyone out there looking to overcome injuries and pain. Also huge shoutout to Dr Erica for creating such a positive atmosphere during the entirety of my physical therapy journey.

Indigo Physio was recommended to me by my midwife. This is the second pelvic floor PT I have been to and my experience with them has been a complete 180 from the other place I went to for help during pregnancy/postpartum. I met with Dr. Erica and she took the time to listen to my concerns and help me through my post party recovery and return to exercise. I also did not feel pressured to schedule a ton of appointments. I feel like other places put a lot of pressure on you to make a ton of unnecessary appointments - seems kind of like a money grab or like they are desperate for your business which I don't like. Pelvic floor PT is not cheap and isn't covered by my insurance so it seemed really inaccessible to me with other places. Erica was honest with me about how many times I would need to be seen and I feel like every hour I spent with her was worth it. She was extremely patient and she has great bedside manner - qualities that are hard to find these days! I will not hesitate to go back and see her in the future!

Dr. Erin is a great listener who takes my issues and comes up with thoughtful exercises and solutions. I feel confident that I am in the best hands while receiving help with my Pelvic Floor (and teeth grinding and autoimmune)needs.

Really enjoyed my visit! Dr Raglin was incredible and so was the environment. So happy my doctor referred me here, highly recommend you go!
