I have been working with Infenergy from the beginning and could not be more proud to be a apart of it! We are not perfect as you can see and never will be, yet we will certainly continue to strive for excellence. The ability to help save people money and the environment has been a blessing from above. We are looking into getting solar panels on our home. We mentioned to Ken Ruesche, the sales manager for our house, that our parent’s solar panels didn’t seem to be working at their house. Despite being from another company that has since gone out of business, he arraigned a technician to go to their house the next day. The technician, Nich Dietrich, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Their system was older, so as soon as he looked up the wiring diagram, he found the problem and had fixed it in no time. He didn’t ask for a thing, just said he was happy to help. This company seems to do business the way it was meant, as a community for the community. I’m looking forward to getting our own panels and reduce or eliminate these ridiculous electric bills once and for all, and I’m glad I found an honest, helpful, and reliable company we can rely on to get that done.

Our solar stopped working after our installer declared bankruptcy. Solar edge sent us a new inverter and Nicholas installed it and made sure it was working.

It was a pleasure sitting with Ken and Ian. They are very knowledge and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Great company!!!

I had some issues that were not being delt with properly and the owner of the company called to speak with me and to correct the issues. Problems happen with any home project but how a company deals with those issues is key to keeping their customers happy. Infenergy operates in several states so I have much respect for the owner taking the time to make that call. That is someone I can do business with. The company I work for has software that monitors when projects are coming due so maintenance and the parts department are aware of them. That allows for planning manpower and purchasing items needed for the job. One suggestion would be to invest in a software program that would track jobs and completion status so they can be flagged and brought to managements attention if they go beyond what they deam as an acceptable timeframe.

infenergy was great! they had our panels up very quickly! That being said, unfortunately entergy took a minute to turn them on but they warned us about that. Now the panels are turned on and we’re very happy!
