I had become very anxious about a condition affecting my life choices and was reluctant to go to my own GP as it was so difficult to make an appointment. I contacted my health insurer who advised me to find a really good Gynaecologist close to home. I immediately started trawling through clinics on my computer and discovered Infiniti Healthcare on the outskirts of Cardiff.At the top of the list of Gynaecologists was a smiling, attractive lady called Mrs Nadia Hikary-Bhal who had an impressive CV and amazing reviews; I instinctively knew I had found my Gynaecologist and phoned immediately to make an appointment. The staff at the clinic were so helpful and accommodating giving me a day and time that perfectly suited me and I thank them all for that. Mrs Hickary-Bhal exceeded my expectations. She listened carefully and sympathetically to all my concerns and for the first time I had a clearly explained diagnosis and prognosis.She is warm, compassionate and quite simply a lovely lady. I now know what is wrong and what can be done about it. I am so happy to have discovered Infiniti and Mrs Hikary-Bhal Kay Hughes

Following a full hysterectomy at the age of 41, I had to endure a few years of an emotional rollercoaster. I felt alone and was desperate for support. I reached out to Nadia and this is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Nadia has showed me continuous empathy and understanding and I felt at ease from the outset. Following tests, we agreed having a HRT implant procedure every 6 to 12 months, would be beneficial. Almost immediately, I could feel the benefits. I finally feel like the old me! I feel more energised, brain fog has improved and no more night sweats. Most importantly, my low mood has improved significantly. I also feel loads more energised. Fantastic service. Mr Bhal was very helpful and he did explain to me everything perfectly. I am still going for more appointments to get support during my early days of my pregnancy. I can’t wait to meet the team again they are very cheerful!!!!
