quick and friendly fix to my problem

We have worked with Ingenio Technologies over the last four years. We moved to them from a different supplier that we were not getting the support from. The step improvement that Ingenio provided was evident and they have since integrated into our company like a trusted internal IT department. They respond quickly and their team are helpful and competent. Ingenio have supported the evolution of our IT architechture as we have grown explaining the options at each change. I would recommend using Ingenio over other IT support that I have encountered and for an SME; particularily with more than one site, this is a much better option than building your own team.

Ingenio Team had helped us with our Cyber Essentials Certification in 2022 and we have had the opportunity to work with them again this year. Ed, George and Cameron have been absolutely amazing throughout the process, from beginning to end. From overall planning to day-to-day tasks, from a strategic guidance to specific matters, all aspects of the technical and non-technical service and support we have received was at the highest quality.
