As a student that studied cert 3 early childhood education and had Natasha Pouw-Bray as my teacher. I can honestly say I would never have passed if it wasn't for her. She is an amazing teacher. Extremely helpful and postive. 10/10.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience at Insight Training. I have found Admin staff to be approachable and friendly and the learning platform easy to navigate. My teacher has been Tash and it has been so nice having someone teach me who is passionate about Early Childhood Education, and who is friendly, kind, caring and approachable. I would definitely recommend studying at Insight!

Sinead the trainer for COMSERV helped me through this course and delivered it with such empathy and professionalism. The support throughout my study and the genuine relationships I made while studying at Insight has really left such a positive impact on me. Ronel is an amazing trainer. Quite strict though, which is one unique side of her. You'll enjoy her class if you are serious with the training because she gives her all, She made our training there a beautiful experience💯 Thank you Ms Ronel, we appreciate you for being amazing 👏

Insight Training has made learning fun and much easier than just doing everything at home online. My teacher is Tash and she is such a kind and helpful person. I really appreciate all her help with my learning and it’s definitely been a positive experience. I definitely recommend her class to anyone who is interested.

I had the pleasure of having Santosh as my trainer for the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and I can confidently say that he was not only an amazing trainer, but an amazing human being. He made everyone feel included, supported and created a positive environment for all students from all different backgrounds to build beautiful, life-long friendships. If you’re interested in doing this course, I couldn’t recommend it more, it was an amazing opportunity and I’m sure you’ll love it every step of the way!

Thank you Insight Training for providing us with an amazing teacher Ronel during our course. She was incredibly understanding and ensured that we truly grasped the material, which was particularly important to me as this was my first study experience since arriving in Australia. Her teaching made a significant difference, and I feel fortunate to have had her as my teacher. Thank you once again Ronel for this wonderful learning experience.

I have loved doing this course. I made some new friends and Tash our teacher was just amazing, she is friendly, kind and always willing to help her students. Her love for her job and ECE is infectious and uplifting. Thank you so very much. I highly recommend this course.

Do yourself a favour and study elsewhere. I wasn’t going to make this public, but now that I have received your gaslighting, passive aggressive, straight up lying response, here’s just a FEW of the reasons for my 1 star review: -Being told we would only ever have 1 teacher, and ending up being passed between 4 different people. -Every teacher we had had a different opinion on how we should be doing our work, in what order we should be doing it, etc. The teachers did not communicate with each other. This caused constant confusion and running behind on tasks. -One occasion where we got to class, the door was locked and the teacher just never showed up. No communication to students that class was cancelled. -Class changed from 5-8, to 5:30-8:30, back to 5-8, back to 5:30..depending on which teacher we had that day, changed what time class was. We could never get a clear answer from our teachers about what the official start time and finish was. -The class times and dates on our calendar did NOT match what we actually did. We were meant to have 1 Saturday class every month. We only did 1 of those classes and then were instructed to LIE and sign our names on the Thursday night for the Saturday class so that the teacher and us didn’t have to attend. -While on the topic of lying. There was one section of assessments that were due to be done in work placement. We were then told by 2 different teachers, that they had been told by Insight to get us to do those assessments in class, not in work placement. I found this confusing as the assessments referred to assisting clients in the work place, when we queried this with the teacher, she said to MAKE IT UP. Hope there wasn’t anything important in that assessment, right? -Changing answers on what date our course finished. We had to beg for MONTHS to get a clear answer. And even then, we finished on a different date to what they said. AND EVEN THEN I was still getting messages saying I had missed class; even tho I had been told I didn’t have to come to class anymore and had finished. -We had to once again, beg for months to get our work placement organised. We had no idea when, where, or how it was happening. And this was only communicated to us AFTER constant emails asking for dates. -While we’re on the topic, first day of work placement and the facility had NO IDEA I was meant to be there! I have to wonder how it took so long to be organised, then to be not organised properly at all. -Moving classrooms and teachers. Back and forth from room to room, teacher to teacher, not knowing where your class would be that night, what time it would start, which teacher you would have (which would dictate what work you were doing) -At least 1 teacher who sat and gave out answers to the assessments so students would get them finished quicker, because the teacher was under pressure to get marking finished quicker. Even if you ignore the disorganisation, lack of communication and support, even if you bullshit your way around everything that was done poorly to me and my classmates, you absolutely cannot deny that teachers handing out answers, and asking students to lie on assessments and class attendance, is not okay. I do NOT trust that ANYONE I was in class with learnt the appropriate amount of information to receive their qualification. As someone with both disabled and elderly family members in care, I am terrified at the thought of them being cared for by someone who studied at Insight. I myself am now studying elsewhere in order to receive a proper education. How dare you suggest that I received extra support. I clawed my way through this course and your deplorable organisation because I’m a determined hard working intelligent person, I passed in spite of Insight, not because of Insight.

The instructor barely knew what she was doing, didn't even know how to work the volume on her laptop. You would get "told off" if you did your assessments and not watch a completely unhelpful useless slide show. No one who works there knows what they're doing and they will lie and lie to you constantly. They will make you wait for your certificate for ages and good luck finding a job while they are "still marking" your completed work after months of completion. Completely hopeless and myself and other students pulled out of our next class with them because of their incompetence and unprofessionalism. Go literally anywhere else.
