I am extremely grateful to have found the Inspire Yoga Community! I’m sad I had to move away from this amazing place! As a student at this studio, I always felt welcome and accepted and truly inspired. Every single teacher puts their heart into sharing the practice of yoga. I was also fortunate to do my yoga teacher training here, and I could not have made a better decision. The teachers at Inspire Yoga school have a wealth of knowledge on yoga and are able to expertly guide students through their yoga teacher training. They not only help you learn the required material, but they teach you real world application and help you find your voice as a yoga teacher. The teachers care about each individual and their experience as both a yoga student and teacher and are deeply invested in successful outcomes for their students. Inspire Yoga School creates a welcoming and nurturing environment where everyone can show up as they are and this school truly embodies the spirit of yoga. I left my teacher training as a changed person for the better. I highly recommend the Inspire Yoga School to anyone looking to begin or continue their journey to becoming a yoga teacher. Come for the classes, stay for the community!!

Amazing studio! The instructors are top notch! I love the variety of teaching styles and each instructor really wants to help you wherever you are to be the best YOU you can be. I am so grateful for the energy, the authenticity, the caring of all who teach and attend. Such an incredible community. I would HIGHLY recommend this studio above any others. The HOT classes are awesome, the warm slow flow classes are fantastic, the Candlelight Flow is a perfect way to end the day. And SO many more types of classes offered mornings and evenings and weekends. Thank you for being PRESENT in our community!

Love this yoga studio! Been going a little over 6 months and I've learned so much. All the instructors here are phenomenal and I've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the community. Great place for beginners or regulars.

The most wonderful yoga studio with the most wonderful teachers and community. I fill my mind body and spirit up with each class. I have truly developed a lifelong yoga practice here at Inspire.

I love Inspire Yoga! They have wonderful teachers and a variety of classes. I can get a great workout and/or a relaxing hour of yoga. It is such a welcoming environment.

I’ve been attending this yoga studio forever now, and it’s truly become a sanctuary for me. The variety of classes offered is amazing—whether it’s the invigorating Inspire classes that keep me motivated and sweaty or the calming Slow Flow sessions that help me unwind, there’s something for every mood and energy level. Deanna’s classes have been a source of inspiration, as I always walk away having learned something new. And I have to give a special shoutout to Bethany—her playlists are the best and really elevate the whole experience. This studio has given me so much peace of mind and has become an integral part of my life. I’m aiming to hit 1000 classes in 2025, and I couldn’t be more excited to continue this journey with such an amazing community. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and uplifting yoga environment!

Inspire Yoga studio has incredible instructors, loads of convenient class times and a variety of classes offered from hot yoga (my fav), sculpt, yin and slow flow. 10/10 recommend!

I recently attended a sun salutation workshop at Inspire Yoga Denton. It was hosted by Molly who did an incredible job of taking us step-by-step through the poses, asked great questions of us, and her knowledge was impeccable. Inspire Yoga instructors are so intuitive with their own bodies and they encourage us to listen and learn so much about our own personal bodies. Molly’s obvious knowledge and enthusiasm was so engaging. I’m so appreciative of the workshop. Thank you, Molly!!

I've been doing yoga at Inspire Denton for over 5 years. Rachel, Nancy, Alana, and Claire are my favorite instructors. I highly recommend this studio for Yin sessions if you need to connect to your calm and Slow Flow for all over workout and stretch.

Amazing, knowledgeable, and inspiring instructors and staff. Love the vibe and the constant learning and growth that I've experienced in my yoga practice. Practice keeps improving as each instructor provides insight, not just for the asanas, but for the journey itself! "I am..." is an ongoing mantra.

Love Inspire Yoga. Beautiful big studio and excellent teachers. Updating my review I’ve been a member for almost 3 years now and I still love this studio. I am still challenged by many classes and have my pick of classes to fit what I need on any given day.

I love Inspire yoga. I came to my first class in September and really enjoyed it and I’m now a member. The studio is bright and clean and the staff are all so welcoming. I was a complete beginner and was given lots of help in my first few classes. Updating this review I’ve been a member for nearly 3 years and I’m still loving this studio! I am still challenged by many classes, and have my pick of classes to fit what I need on any given day.

I’ve been going to Inspire Yoga Colleyville almost daily since they opened their studio in 2021. My practice has flourished because my yoga knowledge & skills have grown immensely. The studio owner & teachers are great & never hesitate to help & guide me - I’ve learned alignment techniques & how to expand & grow my poses. It’s a beautiful (and huge space - which I love!) with great energy. I’m happy to call the people I practice there with my friends!

What a great group of instructors! They encourage the beginners and challenge the more advanced yogis. All levels and ages will feel comfortable and at ease. 7+ years later, and I still practice here. This is still a place that offers quality classes for all levels.

Absolute best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It’s more of a community really. Teachers are all great 😊 I’ve grown so much in my own practice learning from each one. I’ve made friends and always feel at home the second I walk through the door.
