I had my first appointment yesterday. I saw the NP, Laura. She was amazing! I have been battling all summer because of a reaction to medication prescribed by another doctor for unrelated health issues. I was at my wits end. She immediately recognized what was going on and provided a path forward. Just to be validated and heard was enough. But the entire visit was wonderful. The front staff was very nice, the office is beautiful! I kept getting distracted by all of the various interior design elements. I felt immediately at ease, which is a big deal for these types of appointments. I have a follow up in 3 weeks and hopefully I'll be further along the healing road by then. But I just wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I was by yesterday's appointment.

I cannot speak highly enough of my therapist, Nicole and my psychiatrist Dr. Shah. They are incredibly compassionate, insightful, and skilled in their approach. They listen deeply, offer practical strategies, and provide unwavering support. I've made significant progress under their care, and I always feel understood and valued. Truly exceptional professionals!

When I first started seeing Dr.Shah back in 2019 he was compassionate and very caring about my mental health needs.He put my mental and medical needs first but Over the past year things have changed for the worst. He has not cared about what is really going on with my reactions to medication and how it has had a negative effect on my mental health. Dr.Shah and his staff make up new rules and policies as it is convenient to them I was told I couldn’t be a patient if I requested medical records which were for my new therapist they said it goes against the contract I signed which was not truthful the contract stated none of what they we were telling me. Over the past year Dr.Shah has prescribed me so many different medications that I should have never been on that has cause permanent side effects . I can tell that he is no longer concerned with my mental health even when I expressed my concerns with my last appointment and medications. He disregarded my concerns and became combative. I’ve always referred family and friends to this office but over this past year my care has been declining consistently.

New office is nice, facilities nice. Friendly, helpful receptionists and as always Dr Shah is great at listening, offering helpful advice and really cares about his patients.

Dr. Shah has literally changed my life. I've been dealing with mental health issues my whole life, and Dr. Shah has worked with me to overcome them. He listens to my problems, takes them seriously, and goes out of his way to ensure I get the care that I need. I've never had a psychiatrist so compassionate and understanding as Dr. Shah. I have also worked with Laura, the nurse practitioner, and she is equally as wonderful. I would fully recommend this practice to anyone who needs psychiatric help.

Nicole and Dr. Shah truly care about their patients well being and state of mind. They have helped me tremendously and I don't say that lightly. If you are looking for a doctor who truly listens to everything you have to say, then this is the facility in which to do so.

Dr. Shah is a great psychiatrist that I feel has invested his time in getting me on the right track and helping me stay that way. I saw my previous psychiatrist for about 7 years before he retired. He was great, but his treatments were a little antiquated and I wasn’t very stable. Dr. Shah took his treatment plan and made it into a more formed plan, switched some things around, and made me a new person with a better outlook on life.

You won’t find anybody like Dr. Shah, he’s truly a compassionate and caring Dr. who takes his patients seriously. I have been spoiled by Dr. Shah and hope to be in his care for as long as I need to be.

Doctor Shah is the most AMAZING Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with as a Patient. Dr. Shah is Extremely knowledgeable, and he has the personality of a close friend. You know, that one friend you can tell everything too! That's how Dr. Shah is. Here takes the time to listen to you, he really cares about you as a person, not just a "Patient". He is had to get in to see, because his appointments have just backed up on him. He even has other providers working with him. I've been a patient for several towards now, and Dr. Shah is like a member of my family. He in all honesty, THE ONLY DOCTOR SINCE I WAS 14 THAT HAS BEEN ABLE TO TREAD MY CONDITIONS , QND MANAGE THEM A THW SOURCE, NOT JUST TREAT THE SYMPTOMS. It's a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and a deep breath. My problems are managed for once. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Shah. If you can make an appointment with him, and you need a psychiatrist who really listens, Dr. Shah is the Dr For you, I promise you will not be disappointed with your decision. Dr Shah has been the best psychiatrist I've ever had and I can't say enough good things about him. He really cares about you as a person and not just a patient.

Dr. Shah has been a wonderful supporter and listener over the past couple of years. He truly cares about what is going on in your life, how you are doing, and making sure you are comfortable with the plan you guys create together to help you move forward in life. He spends a great deal of time just talking about life, stressors, improvements, etc. He takes your whole life into account when deciding what the best plan of action is for you and has great advice on ways to control some of the anxiety when you decide to back down on medication or to try a different path for yourself. He is very supportive in what you feel is better for you.

Always helpful and listens to you and makes you feel important.

I will never go back to this place again! The people on the phone are worthless!!! I would have given them a 0 if i could have . Samantha? You need to be fired!

Dr. Shah is an incredible person and provider who has helped my life in so many ways over the past 10 months. As someone who always felt the need to be tough and push through hard times, I was very reluctant in ever talking to a mental health provider. I am thankful every single day for taking a leap of faith with scheduling an appointment and receiving help and guidance from Dr. Shah. He truly listens and partners with you to understand and work through things to improve your life and take you back to your normal self. Also, his wife Nicole Shah is an extremely knowledgeable counselor who has the same deep understanding and listening that Dr. Shah has. Everyone at this office is unbelievably nice and will go above and beyond to help you out. I am forever grateful!

I have had an excellent experience. I see the doctor now every threes months and find my time is always well spent. I highly recommend.
