Best professional and courteous. They did an amazing job. All the way down to the cleanup. Very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend interior channel. Jada Bak is very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and she is very organized and detai oriented and provided excellent service. The crew as a whole is hard working and provide outstanding quality. I highly recommend interior channel to all my family and friends for basement waterproofing and foundation repair.with I couldn't ask for a more reasonable price for such great work. We own a 1880 Victorian in Decatur and hired Interior Channel to add supports in our basement to help stabilize some sagging floors. At every step of the way their team was helpful, friendly, professional, and skilled. The work was done in less time than we would have expected, and done well!

I want to especially give a shout-out to Jada, who supervised on site. She did great work and really kept things moving. And likewise to Stacy, who was absolutely a joy to work with.

We've worked with a lot of contractors, having such an old home. Interior Channel is one of the absolute best.

Our basement required removal of basement concrete floor 3', new trench system, dimple mat new tile in corner space along one wall only in a finished basement. The work quoted was done exceptionally well, we are very pleased with the end product. They were very kind and respectful during all encounters. However, we are slightly disappointed we were given no forewarning to fully cover all aspects of our residential basement/living space to avoid significant debris and dust. The clean-up was subpar, the owners were very responsive and return immediately and personally finished the clean-up. Our basement was left covered in dust. The main debris was removed initially, the owner returned and cleaned up the flooring dust/dirt tracks which we appreciate. However, we had to spend significant time wiping and cleaning all kids surfaces, toys, treadmill, stationary bike, pool table and mop floors multiple times to fully remove amount of dust. We also had to wipe walls down due to multiple dirty hand prints after work completed. We assumed they would have covered areas or at least recommended prior that we personally cover or move items. We followed the specific directions “all items should be a minimum of 6’ away from the work area.” Further instructions to cover items or move out of entire basement due to settling of dust may be helpful for future customers with work in residential living areas. Once again, they were very responsive and friendly leading up to work day and responding to our concerns. Just hindsight for future customers, be aware of settling dust when concrete work is being done, we would have covered or moved entire room items not just the 6’ space. It created a significant amount of work for us after the fact.

Excellent Service and craftsmanship

From estimate to job completion the service was magnificent, and the craftsmanship was top notch. Any question I had was met with an enthusiastic response and desire to make us as the homeowners feel at ease with the complete process of having our home pierid up due to fallen slab from ground settling.

The process is intense from a homeowner's point of view, but the professionalism of the owners and crew was extraordinary and made the whole thing as understandable as possible and less worrisome.

Having had to remove a sidewalk in order to perform the Piering and replacing the sidewalk was timely and the craftsmanship applied was exceptional. The owners treated the job as if they were working on their own home and took complete detailed action to provide a final product that looks amazing.

First day, they came out and somebody walked into my house without knocking, ringing the doorbell, text or call. I was woken up to someone walking inside my house. I've had to stop work one day because they tore up my neighbors yard, and driveway. They didn't clean up that area and my neighbor did. They tore up the side of my driveway and left alot of things unfinished. I had to call the gas company to seal the gas meter they didn't set right after excavation. They had a one of their works say f off to me. For all the hassle, it was not worth hiring them for. They still have to come back and fix things. I really hope this will last the 10 years they claim. I am all for supporting small businesses but this is really makes me uneasy. Be wary of dealing with them.

I had a basement wall that needed replacement. Matt and Jada the owners of Interior Channel in Fort Wayne and their crew did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. They are very personable and responsive to your needs and requests. We called for an estimate and was greeted with a cheerful voice! So refreshing to have professional people who care about someone not even a customer yet!! The gentleman who came to look was knowledgeable and very polite. When we're ready for the repairs, they are who we're calling!!

Signed a contract in April heard from them August 9th (evening) stating they wanted to come the next day. ONLY time I heard from them. I could not make the arrangements to make that work and they stated they would call the following week to reschedule. Didn’t hear from them and I called at least five times before finally hearing from them Oct 6th with an unprofessional message about how since I had to cancel they can’t guarantee when they can reschedule maybe March. There were just many concerning things that occurred with all those phones calls that I made and I decided to cancel.
