I had a significant water leak that “Thames water “ had picked up on. After 3 months of waiting a man came out to check the situation and the result was that it was not them. I was in a complete panic and after a friends recommendation I contacted Ferhat at this company. He came out at once like a knight in shining armour. He was amazing and quickly identified the problems and made everything safe. The following day two of his team members arrived with the necessary parts to fix the faults. I cannot thank them enough. Thoughtful, tidy experienced team.

Got an on-the-day emergency plumbing fix, very happy with the service. Would recommend.

I contacted Intersmooth in the morning as my tenant informed me that the bath water was not draining away and all attempts to remove the blockage of hair etc had proved unsuccessful. The blockage was within pipework that runs under the flat roof of the shop below the property, so not that straightforward to remove without the correct professional equipment, which of course they had. The job was completed within several hours of my initial call, the area was left spotless and I was kept in the loop throughout. The communication including explanation was clear, all round very efficient, would highly recommend
