No matter what job, little and big, JMS came through for me. Hard working, attentive, supportive, and all around good people. Helped me to stay within a budget. My budget. Had to pay $4000 more than quoted for our house to be painted last July, and the paint is already peeling. Plus they didn't paint an entire 3rd floor exterior window, which I had missed noticing until this past winter. I had to pay someone else to do it. JMS offered to come out and finish their painting job, however, they were going to paint between two rainy days. You can't paint right after it rains, and any professional knows that. There's something off about the company. I will never use them again and certainly will never recommend them to anyone I know.

Kimi. Very s orry to hear we missed those spots in the third floor and that some of the paint is peeling. We did our best painting the old wood siding and gladly offered to come out anytime and get this taken care of, or provide you a full reimbursement for the issues. Thank you for suggesting us to come back a certain date and when we reached out to you at that date, you said never mind. We just wanted to help. As of now we’re still willing to complete the work, or reimburse you and even pay for any type of inconveniences/ damages that this might’ve cost you. Steve was professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks for helping me get this house in shape! The roof dormer was done in a day and the basement windows look better than when the house was built. Hired JMS to do a roof repair and wall/ceiling repair in three rooms on behalf of a client who needed this done ASAP for mortgage reasons. Let me tell you, these guys are easy to work with, communicate very effectively, got the job done well and on-time and were overall a pleasure to work with. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
