I had seen Richard Bharata for the first time been interviewed by PK Gupta on his YouTube channel and knew straight away that he was my guy. I then listened to some other interviews and podcasts with him and was totally blown away by his ability to create a passive income by his property portfolio in such a short time. I love his passion for properties, and his comprehensive strategy and how he approached the markets from all this different angles. He is a super data driven BA with a wealth of knowledge, he is highly educated on the Australian property market, he is extremely skilled in the negotiation processes, both with the seller, or for the property management fees and any repairs and maintenance that was required before my settlement, he always went above and beyond to get me the best deals. Richard totally understood my future plans and initiated a great plan and a road map on how I needed to navigate myself towards my financial freedom, both for the short term gains so I could reinvest with my equity and the long term wealth from holding my investments. Richard and I had many zoom meetings, we spoke about different markets in Australia, he always shared his thoughts and experiences but then he let the data back it up. I always felt confident and I could ask him anything, his humbleness and kindness made me connect even more with him. Richard took me through my whole process and not once was I doubtful or had any fear, as he was by my side all the way and simplified everything for me, as this can be a quite overwhelming process, a specially as the property is an interstate purchase. My experience working with Richard was exceptional and it was a very smooth process. I engaged Richard after failed with another buyer’s agent. Richard has been working tirelessly to get the deal done, finding me a property that was well below the market price. Richard did comprehensive suburb research and risk mitigation measures which I really amazed. He presented comparable sales, analytical data, and calculation for his client. He has also helped me search for off market deal and negotiated with the agents based on the B&P inspection report. On top of that, our deal was accepted at 10:35pm! Yes, 10:35 night -time. Richard is very responsive, down to earth person and most importantly very honest. Every question that I have he answered them thoroughly. The property that we purchased has at least 10% equity gain. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to achieve their investment goals. I am also working on my next purchase with him in the near future.
